Everything you'd need from a student accommodation - a spacious fully furnished room with good internet connection, well equipped kitchen, big living room with a TV and sofas. You basically live in the centre of the campus, so no time wasted commuting - the only drawback could be the distance from the city centre, but hwo often do you really need to get there, and if you do it's still only 30 minutes walk. Also, quite quiet as for a student accommodation, but that could be a pro or a con, depending on what you look for.
