This is the BEST student accomodation I've ever had the pleasure of staying! The service is exceptional, the studio is the perfect space to stay to study and relax with a lovely neighborhood. The building is clean and quiet, I love it! My experience staying here has been utterly splendid. I would definitely recommend this place to students looking for the perfect place to stay during their studies! 11/10⭐ I will surely miss this place.

I stayed at YourTribe Peckham for my summer nursing placement as my new tenancy started later, and I found it to be so comfortable and well-connected. I really liked my room and the ensuite was very nice.

Being an international student, I was worried I wouldn’t find a place I could call home but staying in this property feels like home for me. Staff are so friendly and helpful, the property is of such high class quality and is beautiful. Its also convenient as it’s one straight bus to school and work, I would recommend this accommodation for any student.

My expectations were much higher than the place provided to be honest. Let’s start with the basic stuff. Washers are expensive, with a single wash costing £4.20, which is way above the common costs in other parts of London. The kitchen is the best part of the stay with good functioning Hobs and Ovens, however, there are literally no cleaners to clean the place or even take out the trash. I basically stopped cooking when they removed the bin from there. It has nice social areas such as a game room, small gym, study spaces, etc. and you might find people who you will love to get to know but I believe the setting doesn’t let you do so. If even half of the residents were using the commons spaces, there’d be no space to even breathe. That’s because of the 3000 square foot area the Tribe has put up for rent instead of use it for making a social space. The ventilation is extremely bad, with night sweats a common thing during the summer, so buy a fan if you’re here during the summer, please.
Thank you for providing us with feedback, we’re very sorry to hear that your stay with us did not meet your expectations. We understand that affordability is important, we have reviewed the pricing of our laundry facilities to ensure that we are cheaper than local launderettes in the area, which we are are by over £1 per wash and we also provide all detergent free of charge. It's great to hear that you enjoyed our shared kitchens, we have cleaners on site daily who ensure our amenity spaces are kept clean and tidy and all flat kitchens are cleaned weekly. The responsibility however does falls onto our students to ensure that they keep their kitchens clean and tidy for themselves and their flat mates by putting their rubbish in the bin store and tidying up after themselves. We are happy to step in if this is reported to us but always ask that this is discussed between yourself and your flat mates initially! Our onsite team would have been more than happy to provide a new bin if requested and we will look into this to ensure all bins initially provided are where they should be! We have put a large amount of thought into our amenity areas to ensure that the layouts are optimal for our students, so we are sorry to hear that you do not feel that these met your needs. From September, our events calendar will fall into place where we will be hosting lots of social gatherings which will provide opportunities for our residents to make friends and socialise! Unfortunately, the commercial space that you are referring too is demised to Commercial Use due to planning restrictions, we would of loved to have had more amazing amenity space for our students! Thank you once again for your feedback and we will take this on board moving forward!
