Studying and staying in London was both exciting and challenging. London’s educational environment is incredibly stimulating, with a range of top-notch universities and diverse study resources available everywhere. My university offered excellent facilities, and the lecturers were very knowledgeable and supportive. I was able to make connections with students from around the world, and the multicultural environment truly enriched my learning experience. Accommodation, however, was a different story. Housing in London is notoriously expensive, and finding a place that’s both affordable and convenient was tough. I stayed in a student dorm for part of my time, which was helpful for networking and immersing myself in student life, but it was a bit cramped and had basic amenities. Later, I moved to a flat share, which was more comfortable and had more privacy but required a commute, which added time and cost to my day.
