Hello both Whitechapel Station and Mile End Station are convenient options to reach iQ East Court from Heathrow Terminals 2. You can take the London Underground's District or Hammersmith & City line from either station, and it would be a matter of personal preference or the specific route that suits your travel plans. There is an unloading bay on Mile End Road just outside iQ East Court reception, you can usually stop for a maximum of 10 minutes.

I don't even know where to start. Maybe with the few positives of my experience of living here- the reception is very kind and accommodating, and it is close to the Mile End Campus. Everything else has been terrible. Every few weeks you will experience icy cold water and have to debate whether the shower is worth freezing. This occurs for a couple of days at a time. Similarly, the elevator will also break down every few weeks and not be available for months at a time, forcing you to either walk the stairs (good luck if you live on a high floor) or find the one elevator that is actually working. You pay over £300 for a tiny room, and every time I go down I leave the building 9 times out of 10 there will be a mess in social areas. Recently I also experience spotty wifi service. Honestly, just wondering what will happen next. Its great to be close to campus, but overall I am extremely disappointed with everything else that has happened in not even a year of living here.

I had an interesting experience here at Scape Mile End. The receptionists are kind and helpful. My accommodation is clean, I love the mini kitchen and the laundry area. Sainsbury, the bus stop and the underground are near the building so it's really convenient. And there's a park right next to the building which is cool. This is the right place for students who want to find good accommodation.
