I think that the accommodation is good. However I would say that they need to fix the WiFi and the plumbing as there is too many people in the building for this type of problem

All the Answers You Need About Student Accommodation
What tenancy length do I need?
Some students choose to stay during the academic year, whilst others – particularly international students – require a tenancy that covers the entire year. You can also find student accommodation that is available for one or two terms, classified as a “short stay” on our search filters.
Should I stay in catered student accommodation?
This is totally up to you! Catered accommodation means you will be served meals at set times in a dining hall, and you’ll likely have access to fewer kitchen facilities than if you were to stay in self-catered accommodation.
What is a guarantor and do I need one?
A guarantor is a person who signs a contract to agree to pay your rent if you are unable to. Most university accommodation requires a guarantor, and this applies to both domestic and international students.
Will I need to pay a deposit on student accommodation?
Most likely, yes, you’ll need to pay a deposit. This will be refunded at the end of your stay as long as there is no damage to the room or property.
What bills will my rent include?
If you are staying in university-run accommodation or private halls, your rent should include any utilities such as electricity, gas, water, and internet. Students are not required to pay council tax, however you may need to fill in an exemption form so make sure you check with your local council.
What is purpose-built student accommodation?
Purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) are residential buildings designed for students. They are often located close to campus, boast modern facilities, include all bills, and often have staff on site to assist residents.
Will my student accommodation be furnished?
Student accommodation is typically fully furnished. Your room should include at least a bed, clothes storage, desk and chair. You’ll likely need to bring things such as bedding and kitchen utensils, but we have a full list here of everything you’ll need.

On the whole it was decent. We did not feel that the rooms/living space had been adequately cleaned before we had moved in and there were repeated issues with the shower drainage from arrival. Kitchen facilities was small and didn't really accommodate our thing and food. The social spaces were generaly empty and to the best of my memory I only remember a few events taking place that were not massively publicized beforehand. Laundry facilities were poor and overpriced, at no time did the tumbledryers ever meet their intended purpose. Very close to buses and trains, and great area for local walks. Internet did occasionally drop out overnight but was usually back in an hour or two.
I think that the accommodation is good. However I would say that they need to fix the WiFi and the plumbing as there is too many people in the building for this type of problem
The place is amazing. Staff is very helpful and welcoming. The environment is always clean and beautiful. I would recommend it to eveyone
It’s been nice the moment I arrived here to this current day, the staff is lovely and hardworking. Their energy brightens up my day, and the accommodation itself is of course much like the quality advertised.
A great to stay as its close to the city. The view from the building is also striking. Met a whole lot of amazing people here including the wonderful staff!
A beautiful accommodation located in a very accessible location with an amazing view. The staff are friendly, warm and welcoming.
I love this place, it it amazing! It home away from home. The staff here is almost like family now and they help you with anything and everything and they're always there for you. The rooms here are spacious and cozy. I would recommend this place 100%.
I personally think its a lovely spot to live and I'll be back next year!
Riverside Quay has not refunded my money even after 64 days post cancellation when they said it would be refunded in 28 days. One of the worst support teams offering no information & not responding to any calls or emails since months. I had applied for a studio apartment at Riverside Quay but an apartment was never allocated to me. I had to cancel as I was about to travel to the UK but had no confirmation of an apartment being allocated or not. I was forced to look for another apartment as there was no response from them. The staff at Riverside Quay have washed their hands off saying its not a site issue so they cant help with the refund & they have forwarded it to the accounts department without sharing any information on how to reach them. I emailed the customer care, submitted the contact us form on their website multiple times & have been chasing them since a very long time & I still havent received any response whatsoever. It is in a beautiful location and the staff are friendly and helpful.
The staff is super kind and welcoming, and the location is amazing. The rooms and amenities of the building have great value for what you're paying.
I think people here are really nice and they are great with dealing problems and everything.
Great experiences. The best accommodation in Stirling. Easy to navigate.
The location is perfect with it being a 5 min walk from town centre! Friendly and helpful staff. A little on the pricey side of accommodation with increases every year.
The accommodation is amazing. The location is in a great place.
nice place to live, near to the train station and city centre
The staff were very friendly and loved the puppy at reception. If the maintenance service can be improved here, it will be more perfect! In fact, after I checked in, it was found that the cabinet door was deciduous, but the maintenance staff told me that there was no way to repair it. He told me to open it carefully.
Amazing experience with the stay...I loved the friendly environment with amazing social space and study space
Just love the place! It feels like home!
Home from home with great facilities and beautiful views
I would to start by pointing out that the staff are really nice people, willing to help you with all sorts of problems and are easy to talk to. However the facilities in the building are mediocre at best. I've stayed here for 3 years and the building still feels like its under construction with sawing and hammering noises being heard frequently. The sound isolation is not that good as I can hear everything outside my window and door as if they were open. This paired with the construction noises doesnt exactly spell "quiet". The water supply in the building frequently cuts out leaving students with no water to drink, shower, cook, and use the laundry room to wash their clothes. As of now the water has been on and off for 3 days leaving a queue in the laundry room with baskets of clothes. Its not the first time its cut out. Speaking of the laundry room, there are 3 washing machines and 3 dryers to share with everyone. The building couldve used 2 or more years "in the oven" before opening.
The best place to live as a student in stirling, the facilities like the social space and the common kitchen are great places to socialise, while the staff is king and helpful.
Best accomodation in Stirling by far! So easy having the gym, cinema, WiFi and bills included makes it the easiest place to live and best value for money! Plus it's amazing having the gym on site! All the staff are so friendly and helpful 😊
It's a little expensive, but it's located in the centre of Stirling. Due to the pandemic, many offers are not available or need to be booked in advance (no chance to be spontaneous). The washing is way to expensive!!! (At the end of my stay, I could buy a whole new machine for the money I paid to wash here...) Service Team is super friendly and helps whereever needed!! Overall the security in this accommondation is a little too strict...We are students during the pandemic.. cut us some slack.. To sum it all, I liked my stay at Riverside Quay, but there are a few things to improve!
Riverside Quay - Studio Apartment So far I think I've been having a great experience! There's a couple of things that could be improved, like noise control at night, but overall I am really happy with my choice for accommodation!
The rooms are too small and blinds for the windows will be great.
Great place to stay during the term, great access to transport links and close to the centre. Loved staying at Riverside and excited to get back after the summer!
This accommodation has been my home away from home
The team is so good! I feel very happy every time when I see Brooke, Stephanie, Karen, Mark, Stevens and others
I'm happy with my stay with Riverside Quay. The team really have made efforts to take care of us.
Please get a bench and some heavier dumbells for the gym, :) Alex xx
All round its been a great experience!!
Overall I've had a good experience living at Riverside Quay, I love the Riverside area and the fact that we are surrounded by nature and the staff are always very helpful and friendly. My only issue was the constant building work. We have had people come into our room, on one occasion multiple times in one week for maintenance. Also the cost of accommodation is very high and continues to rise considering the limited space in the rooms.
Had a great time at this accommodation despite being here during Covid. Staff are lovely and helpful
Staff are lovely, rooms are really nice with good storage, social spaces and cinema are great as well as the gym.
Amazing Staff that take care of us all, great location and clean property
