Overall the accommodation is very good with the location being extremely handy as I'm only 5 mins away from uni, however the WiFi proves to be occasionally unreliable and better cleaning services could be provided as we where not given a mop, iron or ironing board or a brush
The accommodation feels like home for international students.
It was a pleasant stay at IQ due to the great location. It is a central place to the university grocery shops and the church which made ir very convenient for me. Really wish that IQ did short term tenancy contracts as well for students graduating in December as I was very keen on extending my stay till then.as I enjoyed my stay here very much.
Absolutely loved living here. The staff are so kind and work hard to learn names of residents and look out for them. They go above and beyond! Maintenance is very timely and there are lots of social activities happening throughout the year. Building is a little dated but 100% worth the price.
Absolutely wonderful! Great flats, great location, great staff, great price, great experience! I really couldn't recommend it enough!!
