Having lived here for a while I can say that it's a great place to live, prices have gone up each year without any differences in terms of what you get/rooms but that may be down to things becoming more expensive over time. Having looked round at other halls/places to live, this seems to be by far the most affordable especially as all bills are included. The space allows you to choose how social you'd like to be whilst also giving you the space to be alone. Most maintenance issues are resolved quickly and staff are always nice and friendly. Never had any issues with anyone living there/sharing the flat, and the building is close to bus stops to get around, shops and 2 parks. Its also on a road full of trees which is really beneficial.
