It's a nice and comfortable place for students, It is near by MMU within a 5 minutes walk.
Wifi was good and the en-suites were nice. Bedrooms are quite spacious with underbed storage. The kitchen and living room could have been nicer but oh well.

Cavendish Place is in overall good with organised and clean rooms located in a great area next to the facilities of the University. The staff is also very friendly. However, one big disadvantage is the number of laundry machines (only 2 for the whole building) and this is something that has to be improved.
Staff barely there. No gym as promised. Washers break regularly. Reception organisation is poor and post is poorly organised. Can’t receive post on weekends or out of staff hours: 10am-6 mon-fri. Bad socially and constantly smells. Far too pricey for what you get. If you want a good halls experience, go else where.
Cavendish Place is a very well organised and clean hall. The rooms are very comfortable and also the staff is very helpful and willing to assist you with anything you may need! Finally, it is very important that it is the only hall that offers a 52 week contract!
