Hi there,
I've lived in this accommodation last year. The Moss Court location is well. Center and good. We have stable community here. My friends live with me in one cluster. Every day the people that work here make you feel so welcome, especially Steve and Sarah. Thanks
Covid-19: Actually, my friend will be live here. He said that management is so flexible.

Some students choose to stay during the academic year, whilst others – particularly international students – require a tenancy that covers the entire year. You can also find student accommodation that is available for one or two terms, classified as a “short stay” on our search filters.
This is totally up to you! Catered accommodation means you will be served meals at set times in a dining hall, and you’ll likely have access to fewer kitchen facilities than if you were to stay in self-catered accommodation.
A guarantor is a person who signs a contract to agree to pay your rent if you are unable to. Most university accommodation requires a guarantor, and this applies to both domestic and international students.
Most likely, yes, you’ll need to pay a deposit. This will be refunded at the end of your stay as long as there is no damage to the room or property.
If you are staying in university-run accommodation or private halls, your rent should include any utilities such as electricity, gas, water, and internet. Students are not required to pay council tax, however you may need to fill in an exemption form so make sure you check with your local council.
Purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) are residential buildings designed for students. They are often located close to campus, boast modern facilities, include all bills, and often have staff on site to assist residents.
Student accommodation is typically fully furnished. Your room should include at least a bed, clothes storage, desk and chair. You’ll likely need to bring things such as bedding and kitchen utensils, but we have a full list here of everything you’ll need.
Absolutely shocking place to live , so extremely overpriced and staff are never there. When moving in they never cleaned the whole flat. There were so many dead wasps everywhere and even in the kettle. Since we moved in and throughout winter there was an ant infestation and staff failed to resolve the issue. Paid for parking too and the gates don't even work properly there were so many times where I could not exit the parking site. Fire alarms continuously going off. There were also a couple of power cuts with one lasting up to 12 hours and everything we had in the fridge was was spoiled. Heaters randomly turning on/off for no reason and the hot water barely works, when we brought up the issue we were blamed for using too much hot water. Also don't be fooled by the washing machine provided because it does not even clean your clothes properly and randomly bleached clothes, the dryer function barely works. Poor ventilation in the bathroom, black mould everywhere even with regular cleanin
unsupportive staff, rude and belligerent. if you like to be threatened then live here!

Having read numerous negative reviews prior to moving into Moss Court, my expectations were set low: constant fire alarms, no staff on sight and silverfish infestations. My experience was hardly better than expected - the accommodation itself was fairly quiet when I stayed here (for student accommodation), in a good location in relation to universities and the flat itself was mostly in good condition. However, the day I moved in I spotted broken shelves in the fridge, dirty bedroom walls and mould on the ceiling of the bathroom. We later found out that we were missing a hoover - I was told to log this online as it would lead to a ‘faster response’ - we eventually had a hoover delivered after a month or so. A flat in my block set off the fire alarm one evening when cooking food - there was no staff on site so the fire alarm sounded for over and hour. This was not the only occasion where the fire alarm had been set off and not attended to. I would not recommend staying here.
Does the job and is very safe and secure. Isn’t a party halls or aimed at helping meet new people
