Burges House Biography
Located in the heart of Coventry is Collegiate’s stylish student accommodation, Burges House. The residence is only a six-minute walk from Coventry University, and a twenty-five-minute bus ride from the University of Warwick, with all the amenities of the city centre right on its doorstep.
Burges House boasts some excellent and modern facilities, including its on-site fitness suite, communal lounge equipped with smart tv, and its games area. The residence was purposefully designed with students in mind, so it also features high-speed broadband and WiFi, a study room, regular social events, safe bike storage, laundry facilities, and a dedicated 24/7 concierge service. There’s also a regular room cleaning and linen service included in rent, making life at Burges House as easy as possible for students.

It’s around 3 years that I live in burges house the main reason that I keep staying here is the manager(Tamara) she is so responsible manager and care about residence who lives there and I never had problem there because she manage it as soon as possible. And the place always clean thanks to friendly housekeeper (Gosie and Elize). Burges house has the best security thanks to raj and Harry.

Internet is super fast. download speed is 800mps and upload is 200mps. House keeping services is also perfect. every system is like hotel.

I moved in here last October and ever since I have been happy with my accomodation and the services provided. I think this is best value for money as a weekly cleaning service is provided and is centrally located close to the city center. The manager and the staff is quite friendly,helpful and always greets you with a smile. I would recommend this to students who are looking for loving spaces near Coventry University.

The property is centrally located in Coventry. You have everything that you need at your doorstep (bus stops going to all locations in Coventry, supermarkets, shops). The wifi was always good (speed of 250Mbps which is really good considering that most accomodations offer a 50Mpbs speed). Cleaning facilities are one of the greatest things that the property offered. They clean every one's room once every 2 weeks and change your towels every week. I stayed in the property for my Postgrad studies at the University of Warwick, and the bus to campus (12X) takes only 20 mins as it's a direct bus to campus. The reception staff is really friendly and always ready to help, and maintenance is always prompt on resolving any issues reported. The Coventry cathedral view from my room (which is located in the 4th floor) is absolutely stunning!

I lived in Burges House for a year and I was extremely happy with the services. The staff is so nice and goes the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable and doing good. The manager Tamara is an awesome lady, always polite and welcoming. The same goes for all the cleaning and maintenance staff. I would highly recommend this accomodation

i was hesitant at first as there are many new accommodation but i picked Study Inn and i can definitely say you get what you pay for. everything i have been provided with in my room is of good quality. i will most probably stay again
