I would highly recommend this accommodation to a friend. This is my second year staying here now and I’ve loved every bit of it.
I’ve had a fantastic experience living at Compass Accommodation during my time at university. From the moment I moved in, the friendly and professional staff made me feel right at home. The facilities are modern, well-maintained, and designed with students in mind. Whether it's the comfortable rooms, or the study spaces, everything is tailored to ensure a productive and enjoyable student life. The internet could be a bit more high speed. The location is also perfect—close to campus, public transport, and all the essential amenities like supermarkets and cafes. The common areas are great for socializing, and I’ve met some amazing people during my stay here. Security is top-notch, which really gives peace of mind, and the management team is always quick to address any issues or maintenance requests. Overall, Compass Accommodation has provided me with a clean, safe, and vibrant living environment, making my university experience even better. I would highly recommend it to any student.

This accommodation is very friendly, great atmosphere and great people there to speak to even the workers they always help with any issues and make us feel safe and protected. I have never had an issue with this accommodation either in my room, in the building or outside of the building.
This is an ideal building to reach out to University in University timings without hassle of traffic. It is a good option for international students
It's just minutes away from the BCU City Centre Campus and 15 minutes from city centre. The staff are friendly, and the management is perfect.

I have been in Compass for the past few months, really love the place for so many reasons, first of all, the accessibility to the city centre and the university, along with the security and safety of the building. Rooms are spacious and include all the amenities necessary for studies to meal prep. The facility includes common areas to and study and a gym to stay active. Overall, the management is helpful and attends to the requirements including maintenance on time

Room no : 45 Accomodation is at perfect location, 10min wali from Aston University, 3min to BCU, 15min from city center. Property is well maintained & friendly crew as well, available 24/7. For groceries we have Co-op at 1 min & convenience store next to the building. Gym facilities are available with required equipments. I would recommend this place for newbies who are yet to decide.

it is a suitable option for a single student or you can live with your partner.However, please note that rooms facing the road can be a bit noisy due to traffic. In terms of value for money, the rent is quite high at 927.27 pounds per month, which may be a significant portion of a student's monthly earnings. Additionally, the design of the blinds in the room needs to be improved as they don't allow for full window opening. The pool table area should be more comprehensive as there is often a queue that gets stuck against the wall. On a positive note, the gym facilities are good, and both the manager and receptionists are polite and helpful.
