Thanks for your great review! Yes it is a great location and only 4 mins away from Aston campus amnd 15 or so to BCU and a handy Tesco over the road too. We totally appreciate it has been a tricky year with all the restrictions but as you say - from September all will be back to as it was before and we can carry on with the great events we are famous for! Hello! Thanks for your review and its good to know we would have been perfect if not for COVID. We totally agree that it has made this year a little different to all others and we have had to temporarily close the gym and games areas. They were open through the different tiers and fingers crossed we will be allowed to open them very again soon. We guarantee as soon as the Government lifts the restrictions everything will be open so you can have a good workout or just chill with your friends infront of the telly in the common room :) Thanks again and hope you have a great rest of the year! Thanks for your great 5 star review! We do try to be as helpful as we can as we know that living away from your home for the first time can be difficult at times. So whether it is making sure your heating is working properly so you are nice and toasty, to popping down for a cup of tea and biscuit if you need a chat, we are always around. Hello!! Thanks very much for great review. Yes we like to make sure that everything looks fab around the building. We have stepped up the cleaning even more during COVID and we sanitise all communal areas every 2 hours day and night. We get through a lot of disinfectant to say the least! Lovely! Thanks very much and we are very happy you love it here and think we are friendly. We have a huge poster in the office which says: "In this office, we are happy, we are helpful, we respect, we do teamwork, we are friends, we communicate, we have fun, we do coffeee and cake, we are a team" Hopefully this comes accross to our residents too *we definitely do the coffee and cake part - probably a bit too much! What a lovely review and thanks very much :) Yes we like to get things fixed as quick as we possibly can. Our Facilities Assistants are a huge asset to the team with their knowledge and chirpy personalities. We have them on site 24/7 too so there is always someone at Bentley House to react to anything that can happen, which as you say hopefully goes a long way to making you feel safe here. Yep storage is pretty good we feel from all the feedback we get. It is a bonus having all under the bed storage with the handy access flaps and the huge wardrobe. Though we don't recommend you try it...... but we have managed to fit 3 of us in a wardrobe, which goes to show how big they are! Thanks again and have a fab rest of the year with us. Hello! Thanks for your review and nice to know we are very nice! Sorry to hear about your WiFi issues as it is very rare we have anyone informing us it isn't fast? Every flat has their own router (the little white box on the ceiling of your corridor) so it shouldn't matter where you are in the building as each flat has its own WiFi router. 100mbs and every resident can connect 10 devices so it should be excellent. Just give us a call or pop down to see us we can get our internet company to run some diagnostic checks to see what the issue may be? We'll get it sorted :) The Bentley House team :)

Hey Hey! Thanks for your review and lovely to hear your think the staff are nice :) We like to think we are a friendly bunch here too! Love it you like the facilities and we think we are kitted out quite well. Gym is well stocked (free weights as well as all the machines) and along with the pool and table tennis we love our 65 inch telly in the common room. Great for blasting through the Netflix box sets... The Bentley House team :)

Great to hear it has been great! Happy to know we are still looking modern too :) 2017 was the first year we welcomed residents so we are still only 4 this year - which is not much at all in Student Accommodation years. Thanks for your review!! We understand its tricky being a student and juggling your finances. We were there too (be that a fair few years back of course...not that many though) But its great to know you feel Bentley House is value for money and we like to think the modern flats, spec of the fixtures and fittings and wellbeing events go a long way towards this. What lovely feedback and thank you very much. We enjoy work and we like to think we are very approachable :) We love a good chat about anything and everything. Ha! We love events too - from Reptile Zoos to annual Birthday parties (with loads of Colin the Caterpillar cake obviously) all the team love getting involved. Thanks again wonderful resident! 'Best place to stay in Birmingham' is a great accolade and thank you very much! We always advise our potential residents to do some research - even if its google reviews or chatting to friends and its great to see alll the feedback Bentley House receive. Yes the location is very handy with the 24 hour garage next door and the Tesco literally round the corner, you have everything you need only a minute or 2 away - from getting your tyres pumped to a sandwich meal deal :) The Bentley House team :)

Hey hey! Thanks for your review. Yes we love where we are :) Only 4 minutes and 32 seconds to Aston Campus (we are that sad, we have actually timed it) and that was waiting for the traffic lights too! Then just another 10 minutes through Aston Campus to BCU. We are glad you love the homeliness of the rooms and kitchens. A home away from home hopefully. Hi! Thanks so much for your review and we are very happy you have had a very good year with us. Yes we totally agree it has been a little different this year with our social events mostly being virtual. But we are very much looking to get back to holding our usual wellbeing events we are famous for. Dropping off prezzies/food/cheese/wine/chocolates to your flats isn’t as fun as when we can all get together and enjoy it! Have a great rest of the year with us and thanks again. Yes it is a shame with the Goverment restrictions we have have to temporarily close to the gym and games areas.
