Hull is such a welcoming university. It really feels like a home away from home.
So far I haven't been disappointed with any of the facilities at Hull and the amount it has to offer such as societies, volunteer work and courses has given me so much opportunity. The main thing I like about the uni though is how friends and welcoming everyone is. Im usually struggle to make friends being quite and a little antisocial but not at Hull. It's so easy to make friends because everyone's there to have a good time and make the most of the uni experience.
This uni is a hidden gem, people are so presumptuous due to past history of the city however the uni itself is so friendly. I have thoroughly enjoyed my first year, all the staff are so so supportive and it made the transition to uni so much easier as everyone is so helpful and friendly, I love it here!!
If I'm honest, I originally did not want to attend Hull, as I entered through Clearing. However, having been here for a year, I am entirely grateful to my original choices for rejecting me. Coming to Hull was the best decision of my life.
Business School has great links with Employers and the Campus is beautiful and everything is in walking distance.
Hull University is a very friendly and happy place to study. Joining last year was one of the best things I've done. The staff are very supportive and informative, and the university is always communicating with you about the student union, events and your course. They are always asking for feedback to improve upon the facilities and teaching. There are loads of sports clubs and societies to join. The campus is small so easy to find lectures, and very pretty.
So much better than how hull is portrayed. Lots of nice people and fun socials. Really recommend the uni. Pretty spacious too
Hull is a great Uni, with good facilities on campus and a great student union. The newly built Library is tremendously useful and offers a modern learning environment.
I really enjoy my time at Hull university.
