If you are a student and are looking for a good accommodation I will definitely recommend amnis house. Not only is it right next to UCC but it is also a walking distance to college and all amenities around the city. The staff is extremely friendly and always disposed to be there if needed. The social spaces are great with games, study rooms and common areas.

Some students choose to stay during the academic year, whilst others – particularly international students – require a tenancy that covers the entire year. You can also find student accommodation that is available for one or two terms, classified as a “short stay” on our search filters.

If you are staying in university-run accommodation or private halls, your rent should include any utilities such as electricity, gas, water, and internet. Students are not required to pay council tax, however you may need to fill in an exemption form so make sure you check with your local council.
Purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) are residential buildings designed for students. They are often located close to campus, boast modern facilities, include all bills, and often have staff on site to assist residents.
Student accommodation is typically fully furnished. Your room should include at least a bed, clothes storage, desk and chair. You’ll likely need to bring things such as bedding and kitchen utensils, but we have a full list here of everything you’ll need.

Amazing accommodation. Modern and has all the facilities necessary. Just a 5 minute walk from Ucc and an 8 minute walk to the centre. It is so convenient.

Amnis House is very close to UCC and a short walk into town. Its clean and rooms as spacious with each having there own ensuite.

As someone who has lived in Amnis House for 3 years now, I can tell you it's a great place to live. The location is really convenient, right beside the main gates of UCC and super close to town. The common areas are clean, comfortable and spacious and each bedroom comes with an en suite which has always been a huge plus for me. The staff are super friendly and helpful too. Overall, it's a solid choice if you're looking for a place in Cork. I definitely would recommend to a friend!
Amnis House is a perfect place to live if you’re looking for somewhere comfortable, spacious, clean and close to everything you need especially college (just a 5 minute walk to UCC). Not only that the staff are super helpful and accommodating even with social events. I have personally lived here for 3 years in a row and finding a better place to live would be a difficult feat! I would 100% recommend Amnis to anyone looking for student accommodation in Cork.
