Very good place to live. Location is unreal as it’s in the city so you are walking distance to everything. Building is new and no issues with plumbing or electricity. I think good value for money as it is a really nice building with a gym that everyone can use for free.

Some students choose to stay during the academic year, whilst others – particularly international students – require a tenancy that covers the entire year. You can also find student accommodation that is available for one or two terms, classified as a “short stay” on our search filters.
This is totally up to you! Catered accommodation means you will be served meals at set times in a dining hall, and you’ll likely have access to fewer kitchen facilities than if you were to stay in self-catered accommodation.
A guarantor is a person who signs a contract to agree to pay your rent if you are unable to. Most university accommodation requires a guarantor, and this applies to both domestic and international students.
Most likely, yes, you’ll need to pay a deposit. This will be refunded at the end of your stay as long as there is no damage to the room or property.
If you are staying in university-run accommodation or private halls, your rent should include any utilities such as electricity, gas, water, and internet. Students are not required to pay council tax, however you may need to fill in an exemption form so make sure you check with your local council.
Purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) are residential buildings designed for students. They are often located close to campus, boast modern facilities, include all bills, and often have staff on site to assist residents.
Student accommodation is typically fully furnished. Your room should include at least a bed, clothes storage, desk and chair. You’ll likely need to bring things such as bedding and kitchen utensils, but we have a full list here of everything you’ll need.
Great place with loads of amenities and location is superb. BUT. Laundry service is awful, have to walk through common room to do laundry and the charge is always changing. The rooms are so small, cheap and definitely not worth the price. There is no privacy staff are always entering at least 3 times a month for "mandatory checks". Reception are constantly sending emails and are generally unpleasant to deal with anything. Wifi is horrible, never works, it went out for 3 days one time and management responded with no help. And maintenance are poorly trained, they do not fix anything and leave everything broken. The rent is too much for what you are getting.
Definitely not worth the money. A lot of things go unfixed, such as the pool cues. The TV room was not open until months after moving in. Wifi goes out for days at a time, management overall is terrible.
The accommodation is suitably located near the school and other offices and in the city. The staff are good and friendly. Internet quite good however, a few times it went off for some days and interfered with studies and submitting of assignments. General cleanliness is also good but some of us are not mindful of keeping the common places clean and tidy.
It's been nice leaving here. Services are good with good staff;, but sometimes internet restoration takes long. Thank you.
I stayed here for a full year, in an apartment shared with 7 others, in which I was in a shared bedroom. Thankfully, I knew the person I was sharing with. As the place was just built starting off, there were some teething problems with the dishwasher not working to begin with. Once flagged however, it was repaired swiftly. I made great use of the on-site gym which was very convenient and the cinema room was a great amenity to have. Also, the pool table in the lounge area was fantastic. With the lenient polices regarding having friends over, it was often the perfect venue for prinks. Many events were held throughout the year, which definitely brought a community aspect to the place. The best part is the location. The main two negatives is that the price is just a little too crazy and that the key for the accommodation is on the phone rather than on the ID card given at the start of the year. Overall, I found this accommodation to be a good experience. Can't afford to stay again though!
The apartment staffs are warm and hospitable. The utensils in the kitchen are reasonable.
My experience with accommodation is beautiful.
The apartment itself is nice but the overall living situation is unacceptable. The reception staff are rude and unhelpful. They are constantly demanding access to our apartments/rooms to carry out unnecessary work. Someone enters my room and violates my privacy nearly every week. In addition, there is no consideration for the fact that we are students - the first semester room checks were carried out during study week and exams which was hugely disruptive. The WiFi has stopped working for multiple days at a time several times making it impossible to study in the building. The back entrance locks at 6pm and you can't use it to enter the grounds. This feels very unsafe during the dark winter nights as you have to walk around side streets to get to the front door, and is especially frustrating when the weather is very bad. The fact that the gate locks, as with many other issues, was not communicated to the residents so we had to find out by being denied entry. The rent is extortionate.
The accommodation is overpriced for what it offers. It is tiresome how often access to the room is required; the staff do not seem to realise that this constant invasion of privacy is annoying and affects concentration on studies. The fact that staff have not been around when internet connection has been lost for days at a time is indicative of staff at Coleman Court appearing to have lost sight of students being their customers whose rent pays their wages.
Very good place to live. Location is unreal as it’s in the city so you are walking distance to everything. Building is new and no issues with plumbing or electricity. I think good value for money as it is a really nice building with a gym that everyone can use for free.
Everything is very good. However, internet connection is rather poor and is hard to use for computers and laptops. Access to gym can be extended into the night preferably after 11, as I usually come back late from studying in the university library.
I told the management about our fire door issue months ago, saying that it's not closing slowly and causing our rooms to literally shake as if we are having an earthquake (i know the feeling). They did nothing the fix the issue, and I woke up from my sleep nearly every night due to that door. Wifi sucks, the coffee machine is always broken and there's only one water filtration device in the first floor so you always need to go downstairs. The kitchen cant be ventilated and the rooms are small for 39-45 euros per night! Full hostel experience
It is not worth the money, we're charged money for everything
