The accomodation is one the best I’ve seen in a long time and I’ve done a lot of flat and house hunting as Hayloft is always sold out. Location wise it’s perfect right next to several supermarkets and transport links. It’s also just a quick 35 minute walk to KCL Strand. It’s also one of the cleanest accommodations I’ve seen. The communal spaces are just amazing. I’ve yet to see an accomodation with such a great communal space and study spaces. Not to mention the staff is great, very friendly and very homey. I’d like to put in a good word for Vidhi, she’s been super helpful and very friendly. I feel like I can ask her and basically anyone else help all the time. Just 10/10 accomodation all around.

Good location next to a lot of shops and food options. Good property, although some places like the bin store are messy. The building is modern, and the rooms are adequate.
Good property with good amenities and ideal location. Staff are always super friendly and nice, Chaq was especially helpful on move in day and day-to-day requests

Staff are great. There’s been issues with management and changes have occurred that mean there is less chance for the frontline staff to truly shine to their best potential. They are friendly and helpful and are kind. Social areas are a mess. Pool table is busted, the sticks for pool are broken, snapped in two or missing their tips. students leave the place a mess so I blame them, it’s the property’s issue to fix the area which is slow. The rooms are abysmal in summer. I’ve had to sleep and hang out in the downstairs areas as they are the only ones with A/C. My room has reached high twenty/thirty degrees Celsius over the past 2 summers I’ve been here. Depending on your room you can have people looking in as well. For instance in A block people in A block across the hall can see into your rooms, leading to having to go out of my way to purchase privacy screenings. There’s very little airflow so it’s impossible to have the curtains and windows shut. Kitchen is great and nicely kitted
I stayed here during my A-Levels at a nearby college and it was wonderful. The staff were all sociable and Krystal, in particular, was an exceptional member of staff who checked in on me when I was very sick in my room. Getting around London is easiest at this location with both Aldgate and Aldgate East so close by and if those lines aren’t enough, Liverpool Street is just an arm’s length away. Social spaces are exceptional with so many free amenities including a cinema (equipped with Netflix and Disney+), karaoke room, game room (equipped with a PS5), pool table and ping pong table. Never had a problem here except for the fact that many flatmates you might encounter may be untidy and leave the kitchen in a state of disaster - yet, you get that at all student accommodations!
My time at Hayloft Point has been incredible so far! Everyone is so sweet and Gabi, Stacey, Krystal and Mauricio in particular are so helpful and friendly. If you’re looking for an accommodation, I highly recommend Hayloft Point!

Hayloft Point is a great accommodation. I am really glad I chose this place to live for my first year studying abroad because I get to be in a great location in a big city like London. It is a really safe area and there are places to visit, supermarkets, and shops very close to the residence. The facilities are new and comfortable; in fact, there are many places to spend time with friends, such as a karaoke or a cinema room, or just social areas where you can have fun. You can also do coursework and revising in the different study rooms provided in Hayloft. Everything is always clean because they provide an incredible cleaning service. And talking about service, the customer service is excellent. They can successfully solve problems or enquiries that you have and always in a kind way. I would like to thank staff like Mauricio, Krystal, Gabi and Stacey for their incredible service, always willing to help and make our stay in Hayloft the best it can be. I would 100% recommend it!!!!

Overall, it’s been a great experience and has a great social atmosphere that allows you to make friends so easily. The facilities are very accessible and plentiful. The only problem is the internet doesn’t allow for good quality video calls and some facilities aren’t usable due to poor treatment from other residents

Hayloft point is great value for money with a perfect location for KCL. I especially want to highlight the cleaning and maintenance staff who are always very kind and prompt. In terms of being prompt I want to mention Gabe and Dean for fixing an issue with a light within an hour. Hayloft point is overall great accommodation.

Was very nice, only issue is rooms can get very warm and the lifts take a long time. The events planned were great and our regular inspector (Stacey) was great. The beds are a bit uncomfy, but other than that everything was great.

Very clean and aesthetically pleasing student accommodation. Although the room sizes are a little small, the other facilities available within the building makes up for it. In addition, the staff members are all very friendly and approachable. The only problems I’ve encountered are the wifi not connecting to my iPad occasionally and the maintenance being a little slow. But overall would definitely recommend.

Hayloft Point is by far the best accommodation I have stayed in as it is essentially a hotel. And I doubt there are many accommodation similarly priced that have this amount of great facilities, well-managed and maintained. The staff here are all exceptional, polite and willing to assist and it goes a long way to your experience. Despite my million and one parcels they are all helpful, never frustrated at me and assisting, especially and in particular a staff member called Dean, who has been here since I moved in and has been fantastic on every encounter. Due to Hayloft Point first opening last September (September 2022) there were initially some issues with wifi etc however, those issues are understandable considering the accommodation had just opened. But Hayloft Point handled these issues in good enough timing and there have been no issues since. Cross your fingers that you have clean and respectful flat mates and then Hayloft Point becomes a 5/5 experience!

Brilliant accommodation with a great location and views that I can definitely recommend. All staff, including Gabi, Stacey, Krystal, Mauricio, Huiying, Dean, Chaquile, and more are friendly and always greet me in the mornings. Only suggestion would be better WiFi connection in certain parts of the building (I.e. study spaces / 2nd floor by elevator)

Easy move-in and overall a helpful reception. Great location with Aldgate and Aldgate east station right next to the building. Maybe a bit expensive for the room itself but if you get one of the top floor rooms then the view of the city offsets it
