Located in Kings Cross, a lively part of London with plenty to do as well as having the best transport links to the rest of London and beyond.
Get to know your neighbours and hang out in the fantastic communal areas, from a cinema, games room and social space to an outside courtyard. Break a sweat and make use of the high-tech gym. When needing to get some work done, students can take advantage of the WiFi and study spaces. For added benefit, there are onsite laundry facilities and mailboxes. Stay with peace of mind knowing the building has a secure entry system as well as a 24/7 on-site team.:
There are various different studio rooms, en-suite rooms and private flats to choose from. All rooms are tastefully designed and are equipped with an en-suite bathroom, a comfy bed, kitchen, desk space and storage.

5-10 minutes walk from Kings Cross station. Room has all the basics but on the pricier side. There’s MyPup service for parcels. Downside is WiFi doesn’t reach the basement where the laundry is so you got to walk upstairs to connect to the app.
Even though it's extremely expensive, it was worth it as a fresher to make friends in a big city like London. Facilities are great and the students you meet will be from a variety of backgrounds studying in different universities.
Extremely extremely bad student accomodation. I have been staying here for a year now - they took a deposit from me in the beginning and were supposed to refund it by the end of the year - they havent been able to do so. I have been following up with them since 2 months - they keep dodging my emails and calls. I have had to get in touch with several people from the management team and they all conveniently say the finance team is answerable and they cant do anything about it. if i ask them to get me in touch with the finance team they say no. this is just one point. the maintainence in the building is poor, the security is non-existent - there was a homeless person caught living on the staircase in the building. they put panells all over my window ( i live on the 3rd floor) saying it will come off by the end of the 1st term - the panels came off late in march/april. they dont adhere to timelines and are not cooperative. the hot water stops running and laundry machines dont work

Really horrible staff, who have treated me with nothing but disrespect. I cannot emphasise how terrible they have been to me. Otherwise, the bronze twin studio room is extremely small - it is not enough space for two people. The staff prefer my roommate, so in any dispute they take her side. Again, really really mean staff - especially the front of house manager.

Overall it is very good, despite its prices is relatively high, but given its location and environment there is nothing much I can complain about. However, the staff are not very efficient in terms of solving issues and replying email and messages.
One of the best places to live. That is if you manage to get an empty room
