Natalie is professional, approachable with a big smile on her face and very welcoming. She’s always willing to go an extra mile to help you or solve whatever problem you may have. The staff now shows concern and demonstrate better understanding of the student affairs. Recently, there have been tea and confectioneries on site everyday, which gives the home feeling and portrays positive energy from the staff. This is my final year, but if I have more years to stay on as a student, I will definitely live in Fiveways Hall simply due to how helpful the staffs are. I will strongly recommend my friends to stay at Fiveways because I believe it’s been managed better now than the previous years I have been here.
