She is always very informative and fun to be around when hosting events. I would recommend this place as a student stay!

Choose to live at Park View and you'll have the luxury of rolling out of bed and being at the University of Manchester, MMU, The Open University and the University of Salford within minutes! You’ll also be right next to a high street with supermarkets, restaurants and bars, and the city centre is just a short bus ride away.
Park View has a common room with a TV and Sky, and there's an outdoor courtyard which is especially nice to have use of in the warmer months! There are also handy features such as on-site laundry facilities, bike storage, car parking, vending machine and a friendly on-site hospitality team, on-site maintenance, CCTV, fast WiFi throughout and secure door entry.
There are 5 types of ensuite rooms to choose from in Park View so, you can decide which one to go for depending on your needs and budget. Each flat has a shared kitchen with a breakfast bar and stools, as well as a contemporary living area that comes with a TV. It's the perfect place to socialise and catch up with friends after a long day at university. The rooms come furnished with a comfy bed, desk and plenty of storage.

What tenancy length do I need?
Some students choose to stay during the academic year, whilst others – particularly international students – require a tenancy that covers the entire year. You can also find student accommodation that is available for one or two terms, classified as a “short stay” on our search filters.
Should I stay in catered student accommodation?
This is totally up to you! Catered accommodation means you will be served meals at set times in a dining hall, and you’ll likely have access to fewer kitchen facilities than if you were to stay in self-catered accommodation.
What is a guarantor and do I need one?
A guarantor is a person who signs a contract to agree to pay your rent if you are unable to. Most university accommodation requires a guarantor, and this applies to both domestic and international students.
Will I need to pay a deposit on student accommodation?
Most likely, yes, you’ll need to pay a deposit. This will be refunded at the end of your stay as long as there is no damage to the room or property.
What bills will my rent include?
If you are staying in university-run accommodation or private halls, your rent should include any utilities such as electricity, gas, water, and internet. Students are not required to pay council tax, however you may need to fill in an exemption form so make sure you check with your local council.
What is purpose-built student accommodation?
Purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) are residential buildings designed for students. They are often located close to campus, boast modern facilities, include all bills, and often have staff on site to assist residents.
Will my student accommodation be furnished?
Student accommodation is typically fully furnished. Your room should include at least a bed, clothes storage, desk and chair. You’ll likely need to bring things such as bedding and kitchen utensils, but we have a full list here of everything you’ll need.

Not enough for what you get, no cleaners. Reception only open certain hours and not on weekends.
Love the staff so much always so lovely and upbeat, the area is a good distance from the unis and lots of buses about, pretty quiet accom not much social stuff goes on but also means minimal noise. The flats and rooms are nice and the kitchen/ living rooms are very big with nice bit windows which is nice.
Reception staff are absolutely wonderful and there are always free treats at reception such as crisps, drinks, sweets etc. Area is generally nice, there’s a bus stop outside which is helpful although I don’t walk around after dark alone. If you’re looking for a quiet accommodation with minimal parties etc then this would be a good place for you. 20min walk from universities and five minute from a tesco and lidl.
I did not enjoy living at Park View one bit, I thankfully managed to get someone to take over my tenancy 8 months later which I felt guilty about because they would of had to put up with selfish messy flatmates and the most noisy person above who I complained about and nothing was ever resolved, they over flowed their shower and it leaked into my light in my bathroom. There were rats running around outside, they charge for the car park which I was unaware of before moving in, the rooms had other peoples stuff in and the fridge/freezer was full and going off from the people before, they calculated my tenancy takeover money completely wrong like £1,800 short but managed to get this resolved once I had made them aware of this. The people who have taken over park view now are better than the people before at least, I hope the people before like Helen got into trouble for the lack of student care whilst all the staff drove around in nice flashy cars.
Do not come here unless, you like lying for your laundry and having no where to dry so you have to use their broken dryers, legit 2 wooden benches that count as “common areas” the rooms are small and dead, the location is legit right between moss Ife and Rusholme which speaks for its self. Wi-Fi is the worst no 24hr staff and I think the worst part Is you need a fob to get in and out of everywhere.
The perfect place if you want something within budget and close to the university. Reasonable distance from Lidl and other stories. A bus stop right outside the accommodation and the staff are super friendly and helpful. If you are an introvert this place is for you as there will be absolutely no social events. The accommodation offers free hamper/products very frequently. Now coming to the drawbacks, the place offers no social events and therefore if you are first year student/ a social person, find someplace else. The WIFI is terrible, it gets disconnected for like a hundred times a day on your phone and don't rely on it for video calling. Frankly would have preferred another accommodation if not for the price and the staff. 👍🏼

Overall, for this price, you can get accommodations with a gym, cinema, way more central in an area you don’t fear for your life. My stay at Grafton St Sanctuary Students made me realise what I was missing out on and how terrible this accommodation is. I wish I could go back to tell everyone to move out, because they’re wasting money on NOTHING!! Do not go here, there are so many better places with better facilities, staff, area. To summarise - dirty room & kitchen (literal SOCK in my room when I moved in, years worth of dust, dirt, and blood). Staff are rude, inconsiderate, slow. Oven never worked. Parcels late. Haven’t got my deposit after 6 months. I have my things in a jammed cupboard that they STILL haven’t fixed!!!! Dodgy area. No common room. Below average wifi. There aren’t staff/security on site 24/7, which is the worst in such a dodgy area - unlike my next accommodation that was only £115 a week and had 24 hour security. Do not waste your money!!!!

No 24 hour security, incompetent staff, dirty rooms when moving in, no social events, no common areas, location is dangerous but transport links are okay, staff are unhelpful, slow response time to emergencies, slow response time to faults within the flat, would not recommend to anyone ever

I've recently booked a flat viewing and was given a tour by a very kind lady, mrs Jo. Unfortunately I will be living somewhere else next year due to flatmates' preferences but I definitely recommend this hall to other students. The location is very good - close to university, a lot of shops and Whitworth park, although I advise caution at night. The lack of separate common room is a bummer, but there is a social little corner in the reception area for anyone interested. Overall a pleasant viewing and a solid accommodation option compared to other places I've heard about :) *ratings are just a bet*

For my viewing, Elena was extremely friendly and helpful! While I didn't choose to live there ultimately (the contract length was too long for me), the space looked really nice and clean. Great location as it's a 15 minute walk to Uni!

The staff at reception, especially Elena and Leah are really great to talk to and really helpful when I need help with anything. So overall engagement is really great. However some of the facilities could be improved such as the WiFi as it is often quite slow and I often have difficulties reconnecting, and social things have been lacking but this is probably due to Covid. Overall though, a really nice place to live.

Good location, not too far from universities and the center. Aldi, lidl, Tesco, super drug, pound land is a 10 minute walk from the accommodation!

It’s a nice accommodation but unfortunately it lacks any social functions and is a little overpriced. The staff like Elena Bernal are trying their best and always offer freebies.

All the staff are very friendly and helpful, Helen the manager will always go out of her way to help with any issues or concerns, the two Maintenence men scott and Neil are excellent and always help out quickly and efficiently to resolve any problems that might arise, cleaners Z and T are great and always friendly and up for a chat, park view is a good accommodation for the price and in a great location close to amenities.

Park view is in an excellent location, with a bus stop literally right outside the front door. It’s situated 15 minutes from a big Asda, and 5 minutes from the main road with many other shops and main bus routes. The rooms are spacious, with an en suite and a large kitchen living space. I would recommend Park view

The staff here are amazing. They always have treats for us and seem genuinely interested in getting to know us. I had a hard time making friends and felt really homesick, they invited me to a party and introduced me to loads of people. I wish there was a bigger area where we could hang out or a pool table or something? I have rebooked my room for next year.

I have been with ParkView since September 2018. Parkview offers a really affordable accommodation in a great location, Universities are a ten-fifteen minute walk and is round the corner from great public transport links. The staff are great! The first year there were a few staff changes but staff members like Kerry, Helen, Neil & Few Others have helped with any issues or concerns I have. They are really approachable and nothing is too much. On the social side, this has changed again throughout my stay, whilst the first year there wasn't really much going on, this year however there has been multiple events and activities going on. Room facilities are good, although some areas could do with some TLC, but should anything go wrong Neil & the team would help us out quickly as he can to rectify it. Overall if you are looking for affordable student digs, in a great location and supported by a great team then look no further.
Covid-19: I had to leave the property in March 2020 due to the Covid-19 outbreak, since then the property team have been communicating with me how best they can help with and have been so kind into offering me to end my tenancy early in May 2020 and still keep my stuff safe and secure until the government says its safe to travel to collect. Parkview have gone above and beyond in this area.

Amazing place to stay!!! All the staff were incredibly kind and helpful . Neil, Kerry and Helen really helped with a few teething problems which occurred early on, and In the end made for a really nice friendly place to stay.

Sucks bad nothing in the flats and no security leads to constant crime, break ins and robbery on campus do not live here anywhere else is better
