Great location, really nice rooms + ensuites (although they were single beds), I was lucky enough have a social flat who got on with other flats but for the most part the building didnt seem all too social (and someone kept calling campus security on parties). would recommend

Some students choose to stay during the academic year, whilst others – particularly international students – require a tenancy that covers the entire year. You can also find student accommodation that is available for one or two terms, classified as a “short stay” on our search filters.
This is totally up to you! Catered accommodation means you will be served meals at set times in a dining hall, and you’ll likely have access to fewer kitchen facilities than if you were to stay in self-catered accommodation.
A guarantor is a person who signs a contract to agree to pay your rent if you are unable to. Most university accommodation requires a guarantor, and this applies to both domestic and international students.
Most likely, yes, you’ll need to pay a deposit. This will be refunded at the end of your stay as long as there is no damage to the room or property.
If you are staying in university-run accommodation or private halls, your rent should include any utilities such as electricity, gas, water, and internet. Students are not required to pay council tax, however you may need to fill in an exemption form so make sure you check with your local council.
Purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) are residential buildings designed for students. They are often located close to campus, boast modern facilities, include all bills, and often have staff on site to assist residents.
Student accommodation is typically fully furnished. Your room should include at least a bed, clothes storage, desk and chair. You’ll likely need to bring things such as bedding and kitchen utensils, but we have a full list here of everything you’ll need.

it was quiet and in a very good location, so good for people who are maybe less social. maintenance was ok but could have been better, I have friends who had a broken radiator throughout the whole year (it couldn't be turned off so the kitchen was always boiling hot)
The room is spacious and neat but some facilities in the room definitely need to be renovated, such as bathrooms in en-suite rooms, drawers, kitchen basin and the carpet floors need deep cleaning too. There are some questionable stains. Overall, nice location; close to school and most campus buildings are just walking distance, very efficient for first years who got access to free uni bus pass, otherwise it’s a torture to walk to city centre and all the way back home.
My flats mates were the best but I felt like the it was overpriced
Richmond terrace has so many great things going for it. For starters, it's a beautiful row of white late-18th century houses and is just really nice to look at. It's basically next door to the students' union which is generally relatively under-used given the size of the university (this is mostly due to the fact that half of first years live in stoke bishop) so by living right by it you get the run of the place to yourself and it's got some great facilities (incl. swimming pool). Richmond terrace is right on the edge of clifton so you get the best of both worlds by living just 5 minutes from the triangle where all the clubs, restaurants and shops are, as well as having the quiet, posh beauty that is clifton village the other side. Richmond Terrace has flats in which one or two of the rooms are shares. This means that there is a possibility that your flat of 6 will become a flat of 4 before christmas, which some may feel is a little small. That's probably the only real downside.
really good, close to the uni and as part of manor hall cheap bar. common room never used as nothing to do in it
Lovely big rooms and the location is amazing. Bad common room & it's expensive!
Great place, lovely to look at. Common room is under used but the flats more than make up for it.
