The price is very high, but the location and the facilities are nice but my experience could have been better for various reasons. The first reason is that 7000 dollars were taken from my foreign bank account without any warning. Before the payment was done I received a notification and tried to warn the staff, which denied that this money would be taken and blamed the bank. Despite this, the money was taken. Later no explanation was offered, but they did keep the money as credit for the weeks I had left there. I have two banks, and one of them has a better exchange rate than the other. The money was taken from the bank that had a worse exchange rate, which meant I lost a 4% of the money they took from the wrong bank. I tried to explain that to the staff but they ignored me, so I lost 280 dollars. The staff was also unable to provide a good booking system for the cinema room, which lead to clashes in bookings. This problem was solved by reducing the opening hours from 24 to 14.
