It is the cheapest but they don't take care of the students living in. Fire alarm always goes off, for no good reason, at odd hours during the day even at 3am. Maintenance reports are not dealt with even with constant follow ups (8 months in and they still say the electrician has other priorities). Replacement of kitchen equipment (microwave and kettle) is not done a month since reporting even though it's a health hazard (coating in the microwave has eroded and sparks when used) or just not working (kettle). The management just doesn't care about residents and just care about getting money from everyone.
