The facilities here are new & clean, which includes a gym, snooker table and roof terrace. My room is spacious with my own kitchenette and bathroom. The building itself is very secure, and I feel very safe and comfortable living here. Any issues that have arisen have been attended to promptly and efficiently. The overall staff and team are extremely friendly and always willing to have a chat. Chloe Tallulah and Lee on reception have made my stay here the best it could be and more. I couldn't imagine myself living anywhere else during my university years. Thank you for everything!

One London road looks nice on both the outside and inside. When I arrived my room was clean and the other spaces indoors like corridors, social spaces and others were quite clean too and pretty much remain like that now. Maintainable is quick and not much fuss. The location is quite good as it is near the hospital ( good for healthcare students on placement) and also near Newcastle-under Lyme town centre which has a lot of shops.
Great little flat close to work, uni, shops etc. Staff have been helpful and have access to social events, gym, laundry etc. It is very safe and secure.
I’ve been staying in One London Road for a couple weeks so far, the social spaces are amazing and I love the value for money.

The accommodation is close to the oncampus building and the studio is fairly spacious, the staff is very kind and any issue is always resolved
During my stay here i have had such a great time and access to all the facilities that are advertised and i have booked to restay here next year. Never had an issue when its come to using laundry and gym facilities and tallulah and chloe on reception have been amazing help with any queries and also are great to have a chat with!
I absolutely love living here. The facilities are great and my room is both cosy/homely and meets all essential needs. The receptionists (Chloe & Tallulah 💛) are so lovely and have sorted out any issues I’ve had quickly and efficiently. They also make my stay feel much more homely by always having a smile on their faces and willing to have a chat about anything. I couldn’t recommend One London Road more!
Definitely not worth the money! Poor wi-fi, no service, most of the promised amenities are in poor condition or aren’t provided at all, parking is ridiculously priced and the management is below average.
This is a great place to live, some noise but staff are so helpful and kind, the facilities incl. a gym and on site laundrette are fantastic and it’s just a beautiful site! Expensive but worth it if you can afford it!
DO NOT, I REPEAT DI NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE. First of all, all these 5 star reviews are fake, as students were bribed with clothes to write a positive review. Before I even moved in there was complications. I booked my room at £145 but as they couldn’t get rooms booked up they pushed the price down to £130 for the same room. I asked if my room could be priced the same but they refused. Also as I booked the room early they promised £200 cash back which I applied for in July, but still haven’t received and it’s now December. But to top it all off last night a pipe burst completely flooding the whole of the accommodation, this should not be happening in a building that isn’t even a year old. I am currently writing a review in a hotel lobby as I do not know where I am going to stay tonight. This accommodation is all a money making machine they think they can trick students into paying way too much. Don’t waste your money!!!

One London Road is a new build that is pretty modern, with lovely little studios with kitchen and ensuites, as well as quite nice communal facilities.

I’ve really enjoyed my time so far at One London Road. Very happy with the facilities.
Love the accomodation compared to where I lived prior for uni. The room is very warm all the time so no heating required but there is heating. Lovely room for comfort ability and great space. Gym is great as well for an accomodation and the car parking is amazing as well. Designated bays and the car park is off the road so no strangers are around my car. The WiFi is good most the time however when trying to play games I get a bit of lag here and there. Other than that the WiFi is great.
The staff here is extremely helpful. As for the rooms, they are quite spacious, an ideal space for students. The common area has been maintained well and it’s a good space to hang around during the day.
One London Road is a very modern accommodation and is very close to the royal stoke hospital and the clinical education centre for healthcare students, the staff are lovely and its a very friendly environment to live in.

it's a nice place to live in. the staff are friendly, the location is great too because there's a variety of shop and pubs to go to.
Really great rooms with everything you need and Lara is always helpful and understanding with any issues. The blocks are close to main shops and bus stops so is really convenient. Great indoor gym.
The only issues were the lamps in the lounge that covered the TV, the fact that we couldn’t switch those lights off and that there were no lights on the terrace
I have had a brilliant time at One London Road. The common room, gym and building facilities are top-notch. The accommodation is located in a great location too! The rooms are spacious, brand new and have all the amenities you need.

It's a nice modern accommodation, that isn't too far from either university, my only issues with it is the WiFi isn't the best and there's no ethernet port. In addition I have noticed my room gets very warm at times which isn't great but manageable.

The accommodation has many great facilities such as a roof garden, gym and common rooms all included within your rent. However, none of these are cleaned by staff but by those who live within the buildings. So be aware that sometimes the commons rooms are not the cleanest if people haven't cleaned up after themselves. Despite this the accommodation is a great place to live as it is a 20 minute walk into Newcastle-Under-Lyme and less than a 5 minure walk to the bus stop which takes you to the university campus and into Hanley.
This was only meant to be temporary but now I plan to stay for the rest of the year. Too good to pass up!

Amazing accommodation with friendly and helpful staff
The accommodation overall has a very good atmosphere. Due to this, you can study efficiently and feel very homely in you studio. Facilities provided are also amazing as you can have a chill day on the rooftop or in the common room which has many things to do (EG. Pool table, TV). Alongside this, the management team on site are very kind and are always there to help with any concerns. In addition, they also plan fun activities you can engage in to get to know people around you.

This place is absolutely lovely and the staff have been wonderful! I may only be here on a temporary basis but it is delightful. The basic rooms are very spacious and if you can afford it, it's a great place. The location is absolutely perfect as well! Personally its a bit too expensive for me but if I ever see any offers you bet I'm staying here next year ^w^
