I love the wide range of module options and flexibility available to me in this degree course. There are fieldtrip opportunities, for example the opportunity to travel to Abisko Scientific Research station in Sweden to carry out research. All of my assignments are clearly set out to me so I know what is going on presently and in the future of my degree. read more

Staff members are approachable and do not hesitate to help students and accommodate as many as possible. There are many chances to explore the natural beauty in and around the city, along with many other places in the UK and abroad. There are often talks about what jobs there are, how to write a CV and prepare for interviews but also many events, seminars and even mentorships that allow students to develop their job prospects after graduating. read more
