My course is not exactly what I expected, very finance focused and not much economics. Year 3 modules look better. Teaching quality is quite poor with lecturers using note from 2018 and not updating the information. Been massively impacted by the strikes and quite frankly noone seems to care. read more

Overall, a pretty decent course contents-wise. I feel however it's lack of organisation is its major problem. Because of that, much of the work is crammed together, which causes overall learning to suffer. read more

Good lecturers and interesting course units. However, I would like more modules were you use tools, softwares and programmes which are used by real accountants and analysts. There were no use of Excel software, Bloomberg or other accounting and finance programmes, which is unfortunate as it could give us students an edge when we apply for graduate jobs. I also wish we were in the same seminars and tutorials, as it would make it easier for us students to get to know each other. I also wish there were more possibilities to interact with the students in the seminars or lectures through workshops where we solve real life cases or problems. read more
