Physics, BSc Hons FullTime

Studying BSc Physics with Astrophysics feels like signing up to unlock the secrets of the universe—only to realize the universe is a cryptic jerk that answers every question with five more. From wrangling equations that make your brain leak out of your ears to contemplating the life cycle of stars while forgetting your own sleep cycle, this course is a full-on cosmic adventure. The labs? A perfect blend of scientific rigor and low-key chaos. The lectures? Equal parts mind-expanding and reality-shattering. By year two, you’ll be casually discussing black holes at parties and solving Schrödinger’s equation for fun. 12/10 would recommend if you enjoy existential crises with a side of math. read more

Most lecturers are enthusiastic, all are knowledgable. There is one who cant engage with students in lectures. Tutorials are a waste of time because no one speaks to each other and they are only once a fortnight. There are some very nice people on the course as well, and the course material is manageable. The IT is soul-destroying though read more
