All the Answers You Need About Student Accommodation
What tenancy length do I need?
Some students choose to stay during the academic year, whilst others – particularly international students – require a tenancy that covers the entire year. You can also find student accommodation that is available for one or two terms, classified as a “short stay” on our search filters.
Should I stay in catered student accommodation?
This is totally up to you! Catered accommodation means you will be served meals at set times in a dining hall, and you’ll likely have access to fewer kitchen facilities than if you were to stay in self-catered accommodation.
What is a guarantor and do I need one?
A guarantor is a person who signs a contract to agree to pay your rent if you are unable to. Most university accommodation requires a guarantor, and this applies to both domestic and international students.
Will I need to pay a deposit on student accommodation?
Most likely, yes, you’ll need to pay a deposit. This will be refunded at the end of your stay as long as there is no damage to the room or property.
What bills will my rent include?
If you are staying in university-run accommodation or private halls, your rent should include any utilities such as electricity, gas, water, and internet. Students are not required to pay council tax, however you may need to fill in an exemption form so make sure you check with your local council.
What is purpose-built student accommodation?
Purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) are residential buildings designed for students. They are often located close to campus, boast modern facilities, include all bills, and often have staff on site to assist residents.
Will my student accommodation be furnished?
Student accommodation is typically fully furnished. Your room should include at least a bed, clothes storage, desk and chair. You’ll likely need to bring things such as bedding and kitchen utensils, but we have a full list here of everything you’ll need.

Honestly was first hesitant with student accommodation as I previously had a studio but for the price of sharing it was worth it moreover because I have a good set of flat mates. Moving in was a bit stressful and found a few issues here and there but that’s a norm when moving into somewhere new. Previously it took accommodations 1-2 weeks to sort my problems however with the Green Aisha Aslam and Claire Leeson have been genuine gems sorting out my problems within two days with the maintenance team who were always happy to help even when they were rammed with work. Moving in would’ve been a lot more difficult without them as well as the property manager who ensured that my queries were solved rapidly. Big shout out to Aisha and Claire though, especially Aisha who supported my move in and was my main point of contact in my emails. Claire was also a legend and helped me as quick as she could. Thank you for listening to my ted talk. Amazing group of people!
I had a wonderful stay at [The Green Bradford]. The facilities were excellent, but what truly stood out was the staff, especially (Aisha Aslam). She was incredibly polite and cooperative, always going the extra mile to ensure my comfort. Her warm and friendly demeanor made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend [The Green Bradford] for anyone seeking a pleasant and hassle-free experience.
Very helpful staff. I was a bit of a nightmare customer when it came to hooking a room but the staff were very patient with me and took care of my needs. Much appreciated. Would definitely recommend. Good social life and sense of community with fellow students, really close to campus, less than 5 minutes walk. Decent rooms for what you are paying.
It's been alright for the most.
The response time to maintenance issues is very poor. It needs serious improvement in that regards.
Staff are very pleasant, somewhat understaffed at times. Property is pretty.
Green Student Accommodation is an excellent choice for students. It’s conveniently located near the university with accessible public transport and nearby amenities. The modern, ergonomic rooms and well-maintained communal areas, along with high-speed internet, ensure comfort and efficiency. Emphasizing sustainability, the building uses eco-friendly materials and energy-efficient systems. Security is top-notch with 24/7 personnel and secure access. The friendly staff are always ready to help, and numerous social activities foster community spirit. Offering great value for money, Green Student Accommodation provides a supportive, eco-friendly environment, making it highly recommended for students seeking quality living.
The Green is a welcoming place
I’ve been living on the green for a year now and it’s been a great experience the staff are lovely and are willing to help with problems and are understanding if you have a problem. The living area is spacious and accommodating to all, the living area is located just off campus but is a 5 min walk to the main uni building. Would recommend
It's a really good experience living in The Green's. The best thing is it is located next to university.
I got the best deal and the management for this accommodation is the best. They attended to all my enquiries with urgency.

The green is a convenient and welcoming place the live, it is good value for money. The staff are lovely and are always happy to help with any queries or assistance. Would highly recommend staying here for the full university experience.
The Green Student Accommodation Willingham 2 Bradford is not only convenient for my university attendance but also the peace of mind to access many amenities in close proximity. If you are a student who are willing to continue your studies in the University of Bradford it's the right choice. The accommodation is value for money which is less than £400 per month. The accommodation is within campus premises, hence you have enough time to use library, gym, swimming pool and other facilities within 5 to 7 minutes walk. Cheers!
Overall it's a great place to stay, especially for international students. It's close to the university, shops and the train station. In addition to this it's a great place to meet new friends.
It was good value for money. There. Was security and regular maintenance and quick resolution of issues
The Green is definitely one of the better student accommodations to live in. Nothing can deny its beauty. However, two flights of stairs that lead from the laundry room area to the office in Humbolt were sectioned off for most of my time there. My friends also did not have hot water in their flats from early December to mid-February so campus security had to escort them to an empty flat to shower. the wifi is horrendous most of the time to be able to do anything I had to rely on my data. I was also harassed by a flatmate and so were the two other girls in my flat and management said they could not do anything about it. Overall though, the staff is friendly, it is in a good location and the geese serve as almost the collective pets of everyone that lives there.
Great place to live, really great staff and really close to the uni
The staffs are welcoming and helpful, location is a minute from your department and school facilities just name it. spacious, well ventilated and you are treated first
Thanks for sharing, the team is thrilled to receive such a great rating, thank you.Kind Regards,The Green Site Team
The green is a great place to stay whilst studying, friendly staff and students. It is not far from town, and the university itself. Staff are very reliable and caring. Definitely worth the price!
Best accommodation ever seen. I am having a great experience over here and would definitely refer my friends and book again.
Best services offered by green. Being an Erasmus student, I am enjoying my experience over here.
Very good Very good Very good Very good Very good Very good Very good Very good Very good Very good
It’s been and still is a beautiful experience living at the Green. Good job guys.
It was an amazing experience to live in the green village 🥰
Very suitable to stay, nice swift response and solutions provided immediately
The green is a very well accommodating student apartment, they care about our well being and hygiene. Every complaint about electronics and bathroom problem are solved swiftly. A good accommodation recommended for every student.
It was really comfortable and clean and the stuff are really friendly I really enjoyed my staying 🥰
Merryweather 3. Everything is so clean and maintenance team is amazing and so nice. Had a problem once and they came and fixed it right away. The location is also close to the city center and many other places.
The accommodation is great and almost in the city center. As well as, i made a lot of friends and they became my family. It’s really great ace for students
Murad Abu Hamdeh, It's great opportunity to have iftar meal.
My time staying here has been a blast. Great experience and professional staffs.
It's a excellent experience in the green because it is a good managed place
Nice stuff, friendly events, a lot of plants, green area is great
I stay in the deluxe en-suite and it’s very much worth the price as you get extra space.
Staff are really nice, very nice
A very comfortable hostel. Closest to the University. The WiFi is very fast and reliable. Maiantainance services are very effective and prompt.
Very good, sympatic staff. I recommend it !
I moved 200 miles away from home to live at The green. It’s a nice place to live and the staff are very good at dealing with any issues visible. Would defo recommend to anyone studying at the university to stay here if moved away from home.
I feel it is a good place to live and be acclimated to. There area around is okay. The staff are very friendly and will help you.
The green does loads of different event for the students such as egg hunt in Easter time.
Property itself was.okay, however, we had issues all year with noise from the flat above which the property manager refused to resolve. Not only this, but we were disturbed by security in the early hours of the morning claiming we were making loud noises when, in fact, we were asleep, which security could clearly see. This drove not only me, but also two of my flatmates to leave prematurely and still have to pay the remainder of our rent. I would highly recommend finding another accommodation.
I love the amazing environment at the Green, the plants, the Geese, and new bird Nests being installed are absolutely beautiful. It is amazing to see how the team care about the environment, plants and birds at the Accommodation, the Geese living in the pond gives me a sense of calmness and I feel close to nature. All the team members at the Green are really helpful, I would especially like to mention Kevin, he is absolutely a great man. He is very welcoming, friendly and always tries to help the residents. I also appreciate his love for nature and his efforts to make The Green, Greener. Kevin wrote my name on one of the Nests he installed, which makes me feel emotionally attached to the Green. Absolutely enjoyed living at The Green, I will definitely rebook for the next year and recommend it to my friends.
It’s simply the best good management team ready to assist you any time great environment and easy way to make friends
spacious kitchens in apartments . Not many social activities at the moment . The common areas aren’t very clean .
The team at the green are awesome, so kind and friendly and always going out of their way to look after you
Best place to live in Bradford. Good value for money, comfortable environment and friendly management. Very clean and safe.
It’s always been home feeling to come here. The management is cooperative and responsive 💯. The location is perfect 2/3 minute ls walk from University and 10minutes to the City Center
good in the green nice room nice friend
A really great environment that’s both close to the University and to its diverse set of students.
The green provides good quality lifestyle overall and is fun to live in.
I love the green, staying here inspiring me to redefine myself to improve my studies and connect with this wonderful diversity environment of students
Nice community and nice staff who have done their absolute best to provide an experience during the pandemic
good furniture and rooms in general
Best student residence with events all around the year
The Green has been a great place to live during my year here working on my masters!
The Green is a great student accommodation to live in with really friendly and helpful staff at the main reception!
I have enjoyed every celebrations and events hosted by the management. They are very helpful and friendly. I cannot imagine a better place to stay than the green.
overall the green is just perfect, the staff is nice and interactive too
I am writing from one of the refurbished en-suites. Internet is lightning fast and overall very consistent. Social experience will depend I assume, but for me everyone has been chill. Of course, I'm writing from lockdown. Visible security outside from time to time. Social space is good: a big table that can fit 6 people, plus a sofa area with a coffee table and nice windows. There are 2 fridge/freezers for up to 6 people. So far only 4 of us though. There are nice grocery shops but major ones are a bit of a walk (1 mile + 1 mile return approx.). Other people do online shopping. Fantastic response time on maintenance. Items replaced fast. We did have some cuts to our hot water and heating during cold weather, but we were given keys to other rooms. Nice bathroom, workspace, cabinets, bed, mirrors. And the university is a stone throw away, as is the gym when it's not lockdown. Friendly, helpful staff. Laundry is generally fine, although it is an extra cost if you do a lot. I like it here.
The reception of the the accommodation doesn’t work properly. When they got a letter from my country, they didn’t notify me even though it has been more then 2 weeks had been passed. It was really important for my scholarship and needed to send it back to my country. They are not so credible as I thought and I was really disappointed with it.
My experiencde in and around it as well as its staffs has been awesome
Great place to live, especially for freshers! Here you are able to meet new people and become a part of the University of Bradford
The rooms are spacious with good heating. Reception services are welcoming and Maintenance is very helpful and will fix your problem as soon as possible
The location is great, the staff have been very helpful and accommodating. A lot of the social aspect has been difficult this year, but with covid that is to he expected. One area for improvement is the wifi provision, as it can be quite spotty across the buildings, and I have to use a travel router to ensure reliable connection.
This is my first time in the UK and I found staying here very beautiful. Also, it is so close to walk to the campus and the city center from your accommodation. Staff are friendly and are always willing to assist students to make their stay worthwhile.
Very friendly and helpful staff with only minor issues.
It’s my second year here and love living here and definitely recommend it to others, the staff are very friendly . The en-suite rooms are very well spaced and great to live in
The green village is a really beautiful place and I like living here as their staff are also very kind and do their best to make you feel at home. Another plus is that they consider the environment so it makes me feel like I’m getting a worthwhile package.
Very helpful and generous service
The Green has a perfect location for students to directly go to the University or City Center. This place is surrounded by the healthy environment. Also, the staffs are very nice and quick in responses anything. The room is really suitable for the students to study and a lot of storages to keep our things. The important thing, The Green is a safe place with 24 hours security operation. I want to stay longer here!
Why are they forcing students to pay rent when they no longer live there. Most people have moved out due to Corona n have to pay rent for the places they live when this is even harder for them to pay rent when they have to pay £1000+ more for somewhere they are no longer staying in
Hi there, Your accommodation and the Site Team are still open and available to you if you wish to discuss this matter further. The Site Team
The accommodation is very accessible to the university. The facility is ok but needs improvement as some have not been fixed by previous tenant. Furthermore, need more social space and the WiFi definitely needs to improve (Ethernet is super fast)
Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Homes for Students took over the management of the property in November and we have big plans for making imporovements for the site, including kitchen refubishments and new social spaces. We appreciate the feedback on the WIFI and we will look into this and ensure any potential black-spots are resolved for September. The Site Team
All okay. But there will be much better if sport gym is in the Green
Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We will be creating new social space for September 2020 and while this will not be a gym, we can offer discounted Gym meberships for Unique Gym on campus. Please enquire at reception if you are interested in this. BONUS- During the month of May 2020, we are offering this for FREE if you book with us for September. The Site Team
Quite expensive but good for first year international students to meet new people and adapt to a different environment. Loved the heating as well since I wasn’t used to cold weather
Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Great news- we have lowered our rent prices for 2020/21 :-) We are happy to hear that you had a great experience living with us as an International student. The Site Team
Overall it's nice, but internet could be improved.
Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are going to look into the WIFI speed across the whole property and resolve any potential black-spots. Thank you for the feedback. The Site Team
I would like they took into account the lifestyle of the residents and it could be possible to specify the neighbours preferences. Most of the flatmates were good, but there is the one that we can't stand and we can't do anything about it. Also it is impossible to move easily from room to room, even thought there are plenty available now.
Hi there, Thank you for your feedback. Now Homes for Students manage this property, we do try our best to accommodate any preferences that are requested upon booking, to make living with us the best experience possible. If students have disputes with flatmates, we are always happy to listen and consider moving students to an alternative flat, wherever possible. The Site Team
I would suggest to ask residents about their flatmates preferences apart from gender. It is very important because there are a lot of conflicts considering the lifestyle. Once you booked the room you can't move to other one easily even though there are plenty of them available now.
Hi there, Thank you for your feedback and sorry to hear about the conflict in your flat. When students have disputes with flatmates, we are always happy to listen and consider moving students to an alternative flat, wherever possible. Please let us know if this is of interest to you. The Site Team
Very helpful and reliable staff. Cozy place to live in and good location.
Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and for your feedback. The Site Team
I love the place but dorris is cheaper.
Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Great news- we have lowered our rent prices for 2020/21 and have some great offers on at the moment :-) Please speak to reception if you wish to discuss this further- we are happy to help. The Site Team
Excellent accommodation management
Hi there, Thank you so much for your review :-) The Site Team
Great place to live, good view and close to the uni and city centre
Hi there, Thank you so much for your review :-) The Site Team
Although this place is expensive but it is located close to the campus. Management of property is fair enough. They clean the common or surrounding areas of the buildings regularly but we are supposed to clean our flats by ourselves. Social experience is good so far. However, Internet quality needs to be improved because its speed is not good.
Hi there, Thank you for your feedback. Great news- we have lowered our rent prices for 20/21 :-) Also, we have made plans to look into the WIFI speed and ensure any potential black-spots are rectified. The Site Team
Lived here for 3/4 years of university. Convenient. Spacious. Friendly staff. Security team always available if needed. Problems get sorted in a timely manner
Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are very glad to hear that you have enjoyed your stay. The Site Team
There should be more social places.
Hi there, Thank you for your review and feedback. Over the summer period, we have refurbishment works taking place and this includes new social areas for students to use. These will be open 24 hours a day and we will be holing regular free events in there :-) The Site Team
Very friendly staff. Very secured environment, provides nice social life for students. It’s literally just 2mins to uni! Great value of money. I am definitely retaining my contact for next session!
Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are so glad to hear you have enjoyed your stay with us and look forward to seeing you again next year :-) The Site Team
The accommodation is very close to university, well lit at night. The maintenance is done on time and the rooms are cozy.
Hi there, Thank you for your review and feedback. We are so happy to hear that you have enjoyed your stay with us :-) The Site Team
it is very close to the university, safe and I lie living with other students! The attention of the management team is great!
Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are so glad to hear you have enjoyed your stay with us :-) The Site Team
The accommodation gave the chance to meet people from across the world. It provided a safe and suiting environment which makes you feel secure and connected to people in a similar situation
Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are so glad to hear you have enjoyed your stay with us :-) The Site Team
Pretty nice to live in here, the price is reasonable and the staff is quite nice too.
Hi there, Thank you for leaving a review. We are so glad to hear you have enjoyed your stay with us :-) The Site Team
It is nice. The staff is really kind !
Hi there, Thank you for leaving a review. We are so glad to hear you have enjoyed your stay with us :-) The Site Team
I feel that the green is a safe area and I enjoy the activities that are created by the accommodation
Hi there, Thank you so much for your review. We have even more events planned for 2020/21 :-) The Site Team
Location is perfect, super close to campus. Management is decent, some staff are a tad abrasive (not Sean, he’s very polite). Maintenance is good, but you might need them a lot. Cleaning public areas is good, you’re expected to clean your flat spaces (get a rota, saves hassle). Social space is pointless, gets used by the same people every day, nothing in there that fancy (PS4, slightly larger Jenga). Social experience is amazing, uni bar is super close and Leeds is 20 mins away by train. WiFi is shocking, I urge you to get an Ethernet switch and cables and use the wired internet. Hygiene of the bins is better, no rats seen this year. Although my flat had a mouse in the kitchen. 1st years I’d recommend to, for the security and safety alone, or arkwright, it’s cheaper and you get roughly the same. Don’t expect an email when you get mail, they stopped doing it when Homes for Students took over. The mattresses are uncomfortable. I think that’s all :)
Hi there, Thank you for your feedback. Refurbishments are taking place this summer; including new social spaces available for 2020/21 students, which will be open 24 hours a day for students and we will hold regualr free events in these spaces. We have arranged for our internet provider to visit site and fix any potential black-spots with the WIFI, so thank you for your feedback on this. Although cleaning and rubbish removal inside flats is tenants repsonsibility, we do monitor this with inpoections and are always happy to help if you are experiencing problems within your flat. We may also be able to arrange for you to have a new mattress if there is a problem with yours. Please do let us know if there is anything we can help with. The Site Team
Pretty overpriced when there’s nothing much they offer . Met some amazing people here . Cleaning isn’t great at all to be honest . There are rats and the concerned don’t really take an action . The WiFi has an okay speed . The new management has been messing it up .
Hi there, We are really sorry to hear this. The accommodation and site staff are open and available if you wish to discuss this with us further. Although cleanliness of the flats is the tenants repsonsibility, we are happy to help in any way we can. Tha Site Team
Definitely value for the money! Good location to get to school, Only need to walk for 5-10 minutes. Staffs are so friendly!!! With high quality of problem solving ability:) I have lived for three years and the Green always be my first choice! The WiFi may be a little bit slow but you can use networking cables to connect your computer.
Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and for your feedback. We have arranged for our internet provider to visit site and fix any potatial black-spots with the WIFI. The Site Team
Good location and quite social but pricey considering nearby accommdoations. Used to be run very well before management changed from bradford university to homes for students in 2020. It is a poorly managed and greedy company that is still charging students for empty rooms and even threatening debt collection despite the Corona pandemic- while most uni accommodations have cancelled contracts.
Hi there, We are really sorry to hear this. The accommodation and site office are still open and available, if you wish to discuss this with us further. The Site Team
Its overpriced, somewhere literally across the road just over half the price. Location is perfect since it is on the campus. Hall management is good enough. You are expected to clean the flat yourself obviously, the corridors and lifts are cleaned monthly as far as I can tell. They have a social area, Ive seen it used about 3 times in the year I've been here now so pretty pointless. Social experience Ive had here is amazing, though thats up to luck cause you never know who your going to be with. The internet is stupidly fast.
Hi there, Homes for Students have now taken over the management of this property and we have lowered our rent prices for 20/21 :-) The Site Team
WiFi a bit slow but lovely modern living areas
Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Thank you for mentioning the WIFI speed, we will get this looked into for September 2020 and make sure any potential black-spots are rectified. The Site Team
While expensive this year, it's going down to 80 pound this year from 110. Bare in mind this is for a townhouse. But WiFi is good and so is everything else. But you must clean everything yourself
Hi there, Thank you for the review. Yes, Homes for Students now manage this property and we have lowered our rent prices for 2020/21 :-) The Site Team
Its good for bradford but can be pricey
Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Great news- we have lowered our rent prices for 2020/21 :-) The Site Team
Excellent place to live, very good value for money. Clean and tidy
You ask to live with quiet people in the forms and they set you up with a bunch of noisy w******! Facilities are good but the people are awful
I lived in the green first year. Expensive, but most students live there in their first year so you meet a lot of people. There wasn't a common room whilst i was there as it was still fairly new but there is one now, There was a rat problem and it can get a bit rowdy sometimes. The ensuite wetroom takes some getting use to. In terms of cleanliness, just pray you get clean flat mates cause that'll make all the difference. In second year I lived in arkwright which is cheaper and nicer, in terms of looks, but my flatmates weren't clean which, for me ruined the experience. Arkwright walls are quite thin as well and the heating is energy saving so only stays on for 3 hours. The common room is nice though
- Got threatened with fines for things like cleaning (£400) and the back door breaking (£51). Which wasn't my fault. - Wifi isn't great, goes off every so often. One time it went off for more than 24 hours. - The staff are friendly but useless. You try and ask them for help and they always go about it in a lazy way. - The bedrooms are unbearably and uncomfortably hot. I have my windows cracked open in winter. You can't touch the radiators or otherwise the hot water goes off??? - Hot water kept going off, one time in the middle of showering. Couldn't wash up properly. - Rats everywhere. - 2 of our microwaves already broke within the first few months even the kettle. ~They do a discount if you stay the next year but honestly it's not worth it in my experience. Met some lovely people however.~
I lived at The Green for two years and I loved my time there. The rooms are lovely and spacious, and the staff are incredibly helpful and quick to sort out any problems. The Green is in an ideal location to the University and the grounds it is situated on are lovely, it's aesthetically pleasing with the pond and many trees. They often have many social events throughout the year; Easter egg hunt, Christmas Treasure hunt and BBQ's. The only significant negative about The Green is the Wifi, the could do with faster internet.
Everything was great. It's right on campus so it's easy to get to lectures.
I like it cause it's close to the uni and so I can awake up 5mins before class and make it on time but the facilities are terrible for the price I'm paying. There's always something wrong - either our heating stops working, our hot water keeps going out (went without a shower for 3 days because of it), the electicity and lights have gone out twice. The house parties aren't bad but I'm definitely not living here next year
The heating and hot water keep on getting off every few weeks. We had one week where it got off 3 times.
The wifi is completely unacceptable, the showers are terrible, the cupboards are tiny and the people are s***. The people have all been terrible, I don't know one person with decent flatmates. The kitchens don't get cleaned, which means, as the only person who cares, our flat is only ever cleaned by me, unlike in most halls where they have cleaners for the kitchens. The only redeeming quality is that the green is on campus, and therefore a 2 minute walk in the morning to lectures. But then so is the other non uni hall so. The wifi is just completely unacceptable. We pay almost 5 grand for a year in this place, and the best they'll give us is 2mbps without having to PAY to upgrade! £10 for 30 days at 5mbps being the cheapest. It's just ridiculous. It gets to a point where I literally can not do my work in my room because the internet (I use ethernet) is so f****** slow!

Then the showers are awful, the shower head is stuck in place so if you're tall or short, it's never in the right spot. The wet room is literally like a sauna when you have it on, and believe me, the term wet room is applicable because EVERYTHING gets soaked, shower curtain (which is far too close to the stream so you can't stand under it without being stuck to ) or not.
It's great for socialising and room. Wifi is hard to work
Great facilities. My flat mates are terrible though and constantly steal from me and leave a mess everywhere. But when I raised this issue with the staff they had words with them and things have improved. I'd say the best thing about the acomodation is the staff as they are always friendly and willing to help resolve problems. The wifi is ok if you pay extra for a faster connection
Not recommend anyone to move in. Not a good accommodation. Too much noise specially at night time. Poor security. If you complain she simply said that other paid as well so we can not do any thing. Laundry cost is so expensive. You are not allowed to keep a small microwave in your room. Not good for Muslim or vegetarians because you can not stop your ketches mates to cook pork or put alcohol in fridge. I am vegetarian and it is so difficult for me to do washing in kitchen and also keep my stuff in fridge with chicken, pork and alcohol.
Ensuit only: Communal spaces are different sizes even though your all paying the same price. Showers take a long time to drain and you only get free 2mbps wifi but to upgrade it could cost you £75 per month
Very close to city campus, you can practically roll into lectures.. Social experience very good. Probably a bit on the expensive side though..
Really good halls! Better than i could have imagined
