Philosophy and Psychology, BA Hons FullTime

Amazing course that I personally love, however there are some noticeable issues with structural and assessment organisation for non-single honours students. You get a wonderful combination of a humanity - Philosphy - and a BPS accredited Psychology education which can lead to many diverse career opportunities. read more

PPE is definitely a challenging degree. You have a lot of flexibility in second and third year about what you choose to study! In second year you have to be very careful with what you choose to study, as it can heavily affect what you can study and do a dissertation in the next year. The module selection is pretty good, and the teaching is generally of high quality (though there are some teachers that are very poor quality). In third year you have the option to drop a discipline entirely. I would recommend that if you think you might hate one discipline to do a combined honours instead. I’ve marked personal tutor at 1 star as I’m not sure what it means and if it means academic advisor, I was not sorted one until my final year. read more
