I love the course in itself, and lectures are usually pretty good. However, seminars can be very 50/50 depending on who is teaching and the time of day they are at. The variety of assessments is really good, as it doesn't focus on purely one thing so everyone gets a fair chance to excel in what they're good at. Lectures are very PowerPoint heavy, and though they upload the slides afterwards, this can be confusing if you didn't attend the lecture. 10 contact hours a week, plus 40 hours of suggested reading. read more

The course is fantastic, very interesting and relatively straight forward. The teaching standard is very good and all lectures are friendly and helpful, they never fail to make a lecture interesting, especially when humour is added. My personal tutor is very helpful, they give out good advice when needed and are great at guiding people in the right direction. I'd recommend this course to anyone with an interest in Psychology. read more

Only in uni 7-10 hours a week. Considering we're spending £9,000 a year, this is a bit s***. It leaves loads of time for independent studying but still not enough lecture time. But lecturers are friendly and really helpful, and it's a really interesting course. read more
