Biology, BSc Hons FullTime

The content was really good, but across the three years it was mostly self taught. Very little face to face teaching, and makes you question where your money is going. Teaching staff don’t seem to care about teaching, and it shows in the quality we receive. A shame as the content was really interesting. read more

I have loved my course so far including the practicals, tutorials, workshops and lectures. The practicals are in depth and give us the opportunity to try lots of lab techniques that are used professionally. I am excited for the next years. read more

Biochemistry, MBiochem Hons FullTime

The course is generally interesting, and the teaching staff are generally good at their jobs, but some topics are given far more time than they need, and some of the harder ones are only given a couple of lectures, leaving people confused. Often instructions for coursework aren't given clearly, but otherwise communication with staff is good. read more
