The University of York has a beautiful and scenic campus, it's so refreshing to attend a university that feels so peaceful and safe. There are lots of opportunities for students to get involved with, including hundreds of societies. I'm currently a part of my colleges football team at the university and I'm so glad I've found such a good group of people. The opportunities York university has provided allows me to explore more than just my studying, allowing me to meet new people and try new hobbies. read more

I love UoY, and I'm so happy I chose to come here. But whilst the city is beautiful and the campus has more ducks than you could wave a stick at, it is at its core a university with a lack of funds. The staff are very nice and there is a good community spirit, but alot of things are very basic such as campus bars and accommodation. read more
