Archaeology, BSc Hons FullTime

Butter is to bread as York is to Archaeology. With so much on your doorstep, you cannot get away from the immense and densely stratified history everywhere in York. The dept. itself is fantastic. We have the advantage of being based in the town in the wonderful Kings' Manor. This creates a strong sense of community amongst all students, both UG and PG, and staff alike. My tutors have been exceptionally helpful throughout my time here so far. Cannot fault the UoY Dept. of Archaeology! read more
