As an undergraduate Business Management student, I’m incredibly frustrated with the University of Roehampton. While the course content is beneficial and I enjoy learning, the overall environment is detrimental to my experience. The noise level in classes is unbearable, with many international students lacking basic classroom etiquette. It feels disruptive, and the professors enable this behavior instead of addressing it. Instead of focusing on important material, they often waste time on trivial issues, like attendance, four weeks into the semester. Additionally, the campus is far from the safe space it claims to be. I've encountered security issues, including a fake fire alarm going off in the middle of class. Overall, I can’t recommend the University of Roehampton. It’s been one of the worst decisions of my life, and I urge prospective students to think twice before enrolling. read more

Studying Primary Education at Roehampton University has been a truly enriching and transformative experience. From the moment I began my course, I was welcomed into a warm and supportive community that values both academic excellence and personal growth. The program itself is incredibly well-structured, offering a perfect blend of theoretical knowledge and practical experience. The faculty members are not only experts in their fields but are also genuinely passionate about teaching. Overall, my time at Roehampton University has been incredibly rewarding. I feel confident and well-prepared to embark on my career in primary education, thanks to the exceptional training and support I’ve received here. I would highly recommend Roehampton to anyone passionate about making a difference in the field of education. read more
University of Roehampton
Completely dreadful and inadequate administrative services, laughably failing. The quality of lectures ok - but staff are stretched too thin to provide any extra input and the concept of personal academic tutor exists in name only. No route to appeal academic results and the anonymity of marking is a pretense, completely impossible - I would not return to study here again and would not recommend it. read more

Roehampton as a University has had a massive fall from grace. When I applied, it was one of the best for my course (Ancient History). Despite this, they showed a complete lack of respect for this course and cut it in my second year placing me on a different course (Classical Studies). I was initially OK with these changes as I started a society with the RSU with the hopes of helping my music hobby. The RSU were completely useless, unable to fulfil simple room booking requests and almost actively wanted my society to fail by not replying to emails despite how many I sent. Even the Summer Ball, an event designed to celebrate students of the uni, decided to hire friends of the organisers instead of internal talent. I cannot in my right mind recommend this university even as an ex-ambassador. I had to step down from my role because I could not sell this uni to anyone. read more

Don't waste your time with this university, the only thing they care about is getting as many students as possible, you are just a number that brings them 9k a year, do not expect anything else. Discrimination is part of their culture, so don't be surprised getting lower marks, academic appeals refused, no communication at all, no academic assisantce. The quality of most tutors in business school is increadebly low, and nobody cares, some tutors are great and passioned about what they do, but most are just wasting your time in the seminars especially. If you want to be treated unfairly, without any repsect then you should go to Roehampton Uni. Student Union was helpful and the library is fine. I hope my comment will help some potential students make the right decision. read more
