90% of my time is utilized with me just learning myself, most lectures get in the way of your project and are at inconvenient times. This pushes back most tasks to the last few weeks of the project, giving more anxiety than needed. I feel like you should be allowed to be at a stage of your own pace in the project, the lectures feel like they do get in the way quite often and push back progress. Yes I do get that these are to examine and allow us to follow a consistent working method with the techniques and information introduced, but then again, this pushes everything that is actually important to submit to get done last minute when you get given no lectures time. read more

The course was completely online so we didn't get to go into the studio. With it all on zoom, it was difficult to focus. Most lectures were recorded which was helpful. The main lecturer can be difficult to understand at times and her written and verbal English sometimes doesn't make much sense. What the lecturers tell us sometimes contradicts what was written in the brief/on lecture slides. Feedback and tutorials are usually helpful but can sometimes cause confusion when different lecturers tell you different things. read more

Value for money for this year was very bad as we did not get to go in a lot and online courses are a couple grand cheaper and we were online all the time. Teaching quality was inflicted because we were constantly online and it was difficult to focus and take everything in but the lectures and workshops were recorded which helped my learning difficulties quite a lot. Feedback and tutorials were good as they would give you some good information. We never talking about job prospects as we are year 1 students. read more
