A few good staff/lecturers here and there, but overall most seem uninterested in their own subject matter and are literally being paid to regurgitate PowerPoint slides. In one class we had three different lecturers drop out of teaching the module in the space of four weeks! Overall completely disorganised and everything is poorly communicated to us. I initially enjoyed my course but overtime my interest and motivation has been drained completely due to repetitive course content and poor teaching. I am in my final year, and I still have no clue what makes a good essay or report because marking is so inconsistent. We were only informed our final year that job prospects are not too promising, and there are no useful opportunities to network and gain future career opportunities. So underwhelming and a complete disappointment. read more

All the lecturers are very helpful, they respond to your email very quickly. The lecture content are always put up before the lecture starts to give us time to go through what we will be learning. Support session to help with our dissertation are held weekly and the content we are learning are very interesting. read more

Some lecturers really are amazing and will go the extra mile for their students, answering emails. I’ve even had lecturers helping me with work from other modules. However there are equally just as many, if not more awful lecturers. Not dedicated to the students, don’t use feedback to improve, not sufficient material for exams - so teach yourself, just reading from powerpoints so isn’t engaging at all-making most people leave half way through. read more

The course overall is excellent. Tutors are in hand to help you with whatever you need and are able to have individual meeting is necessary. The only thing that lets this course down is how much you have to pay. read more
