I’ve lived at Shaftesbury Hall for two years, and it’s been a great experience. The location is perfect—just a short walk to Francis Close Hall campus, which makes those early lectures a bit easier. The rooms are modern and have en-suites, which is a huge plus, and the shared kitchens are decent for cooking and socializing. The maintenance team is quick to sort out any issues, and the staff put on regular events, which help bring people together. It’s also close to shops, pubs, and bus routes, so everything you need is nearby. Overall, it’s been a comfortable and convenient place to live as a student. read more
