The course has been a disappointment. Lets start with year 1, For the most part the lecturers were great, and we had informative lectures. However we also had several practical modules that consisted of groupwork and required practical skills. Unfortunately this is where the problems started, first a large majority of the students rarely came to class, which made organising group projects extremely difficult, the module leaders made little effort to improve attendance, and as far as I'm aware students were rarely penalised for poor attendance. This led to the hard working students doing the hard work and watching the underperformers being handed the same grade for the coursework regardless of their level of input. Year 2 can best be described as a mess, now to be fair it was online learning due to covid. However, it was decided to run a work experience module in November of 2020, as we were entering a second lockdown.Needless to say many of the students failed to find apropriate roles. read more

Don't expect too much from the course, not utterly terrible, and some of the lecturers seem to be genuinely interested in their work, on the other hand, I have the feeling the university has no interest in supporting its students nor its staff. read more

Good teachers with support out of class via email or private tutorials. Didn't offer much advice on job hunting after uni and not a very good programme when offering work experience. Not many contact hours each week and was a fairly easy course to do alongside a part time job. read more
