Entry requirements are the formal requirements students need to meet to be considered for a place on a university course. But, each year many universities accept students with lower grades. The bar chart below shows the actual UCAS tariff points of students currently on this course.

Required subjects for Biomedical Engineering BSc Hons at Ulster University
To include one Grade B from GCE A Level Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Technology and Design, Design and Technology, Engineering, Life & Health Science (single or double) or Double Award Science/Applied Science.
Desirable Subject Offer - GCE A Level Maths, Further Maths or Physics, Applicants presenting any of the above desirable subjects will receive a two grade reduction at the time of offer e.g. BCC. The desirable subject can be achieved at grade C or B.
