Architecture (ARB/RIBA Part 1), BA Hons FullTime

Many staff are favourable towards student of their own race (white), leaving out ethnic minority students, these ethnic minority students don't get enough 1to1 time, tutorial time, when I was there I made sure everyone is looked after and try to fight the equality fight along with other ethnic minority tutors (which there are hardly any), then they got rid of me along with them (one Bangladeshi tutor, one Colombian tutor, and me Chinese tutor). Individual white tutors sleep with their students, and the university does not punish them, maybe it's because of their race? I let you be the judge of that. I have reported to my line manager Idrees Rasouli, and nothing ever happened, clearly, the management Director Linda Drew and Dean Lawrence Zeegen knew and kept a blind eye. Individual white tutors will mark ethnic minority students' grade lower than they deserve and give higher marks to their favourable white students. This is still not punished at Ravensbourne. read more
