So far I’m really enjoying uni! The university buildings are really well equipped, including the McClay Library, Student Centre, Students Union, and all the cafés around campus! My tutors are all eager to help us when they can and they are also very organised. The Students Union is rated top in the UK for good reason! The building itself is massive and has everything you might need, including a Spar shop, café, lots of seating and work spaces and more. Student services are also located in the same building which is very handy. read more

Especially the student union was quite active for every situation. And even career fairs will be held where students can grab their opportunity to get what they want to achieve. The campus is lovely, it’s actually the reason I decided on Queen’s as a student from England, I really enjoy my course and the school of HAPP provide excellent extracurricular activities. As for the wifi/internet, I usually rely on the ‘Guest Wifi’ as opposed to eduroam, as it’s patchy at best, and the locations of the majority of my classes don’t get the best connection. It’s a lovely place to study though, with an excellent library which is a big help for a research based subject. read more
