Introducing room dimensions: 

Gone are the days of guessing whether a price point was related to size or if one studio was directly comparable to another. We're here to provide you with precise room dimensions, expressed in square metres for every room type.

Unveiling the new dimensions:

★ Captured by Room Type: each room type now comes with its dimensions, allowing you to visualise and strategise with greater accuracy.

★ Range of Sizes: for versatility, rooms that come in varying sizes are represented as a range, such as X-Y m². Rest assured, we're dedicated to maintaining the utmost precision, ensuring you have the most reliable information at your fingertips.

Seamless integration:

The new "square_metres" column seamlessly integrates within the 'Rooms' layer, positioned between the "arrangement" and "bedroom_occupancy" columns. This intuitive placement ensures that you can effortlessly integrate the new information as you explore.

Changes to the dataset will be activated by the first week of September so for anyone working on data dashboards please make adjustments to your data table columns and headers to ensure seamless integration.
