Required subjects for Joint Honours Psychology and Biology BSc Hons at Newcastle University
including Biology and preferably another science. We include Psychology, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Statistics, and Mathematics as science A Levels. General Studies not accepted. For Biology, Chemistry and Physics A Levels, we require a pass in the practical element. GCSE Mathematics and English (Language or Literature)(at a minimum grade B or 6) are required.
We may ask for further information in the form of a brief online exercise. Details about these will be released when required.

With everything being online and no labs being in person it's just too much money. 1st year that was normal was good value of money though. Most professors are great but not all of them. Personal tutor is great just not always helpful. Course content not what i expected. Too much plant biology which I'm not a fan of personally. SO much fun as a degree!! We had so many trips to various beaches around the North-East, we spent a week in Scotland, we went to Bermuda... They are trying to make changes to the course at the moment and I hope they don't go through with the changes to be honest - it will be a big mistake on their part. So do some research and ask the lecturers in detail if any changes have been made. If so, the course will not be as good as when I did it read more
