1st year had scheduled studio time where you can experiment various media including paints, sculptures, prints..etc Space was not over crowded, workshops were free to come (no booking needed), teachers are all supportive. City was also great. Accommodations are cheap,(compared to other universities), some good art supply shops, and many eateries- everything is close and convenient. The environment may not be too attractive as places like Manchester, Edinburgh, London.. etc, however, for BA studies, I think this environment is suitable, where students can concentrate in their study. read more
