My course is fantastic, if ever so slightly biased towards electronic music production. There's a full range of sound design, composition, studio recording and DAW modules, all with interesting and realistic assessment briefs. My lecturers are knowledgeable and passionate about their subjects, and it's a joy to learn in such a modern and fully accessible space with many opportunities to promote and further your own career/band/connections, etc. The higher grades are also very attainable with enough effort and lecturers will push you to achieve them. There are opportunities to go on a placement year in industry as well as pick optional modules to specialise your experience. Meeting my fellow students and forming brilliant friendships on my course has been a real highlight and I can't wait to see what the next two years will bring. read more
