I’m currently in my last year of university studying architecture and I could honestly say that my experience at this uni has been good. I would say for my course specifically they haven’t been as much facilities as I would’ve liked but there’s a lot of services to help me throughout the year, which has been quite helpful. read more

Poor in many ways. This uni is focused on the undergrad experience, not postgrad. For example, they reduced the uni bus during the summer and closed most facilities without notice at the uni campuses for full renovation. During term time the library is loud and crowded. I went to the careers service one day during their posted hours and the office was empty. Job fairs are mostly part time. They oversubscribed the UX course, it was 180 people whereas programmes like Game Design had 40. When lectures were in session, some rooms were too small to accommodate all the bodies in the room. In addition to being cramped, classes were also noisy. They shortened deadlines for UX course to give lecturers time to mark which was the worst part. I never heard from my tutor and course reps weren't assigned until halfway through the programme. There were talks for the games students but only 1 session for the UX students. I tried to raise my concerns to the student union read more
