Neuroscience and Psychology, BSc Hons FullTime

I recently completed a course that, while it did offer some valuable content, I feel is not worth the investment for those who are more inclined to learn independently. Here’s my take on the course and why I believe it falls short in terms of value for money. 1. Content Quality: The course material itself was informative and covered a range of topics relevant to the subject matter. The lectures were well-structured, and the readings were comprehensive. However, much of the content was available through free or low-cost resources online, which made the high price tag difficult to justify. 2. I personally love my course and especially the content. It is highly research focused and required a lot of critical thinking. If someone is interested and definately knows they want to perceive the clinical route this might not be to their liking. However, it's good to explore and thay is qhere this course does its best by offering compulsory modules covering basic domains of psychology in the first year so that we are equally exposed to all fields and then make an informed choice the next year. Most lectures are online pre recorded and some students can't manage that much of independent study, but I personally really like this pattern because it give me freedom to make my own timetable as per my convenience. The best part is the faculty - they are all really experienced and you get to know and learn about them current work in the inspirational research module which is one of the best experiences. read more
