The course has been intense and stressing. Though that doesn’t mean it’s bad. It is just a new field of study for me and it requires me to put more effort. read more

so far the course has been reasonable, however, some subjects will vary in quality of lecturers when trying to revise for specific topics in the subject it can be very infuriating when given questions that you can use to revise and then not be given the solutions with the answer when other lecturers would do so, even within the subject as some subjects use two lecturers. read more

Great course. Obviously difficult, but teaches you a broad spectrum of skills which can be applied to any industry, not just engineering. Group projects are the place where you learn most, and on the most part, these are organised pretty well. read more

Architectural Engineering, BEng Hons FullTime

The course content is out of date - hasn't been updated to take into account the formation of HES (and merger of HS and RCAHMS). There is no personal tuition. Very poor value for money. Admin a disgrace - I registered on PGDip - the next thing I knew they had decided to move me onto the Masters programme without asking me! The exams are not set up for distance learning students - they don't attempt to put them on the same day or consecutive days to allow for people who travel/ need hotels. Please note the course was Building Conservation (Tech and Management) - the course wasn't listed and it was a required field to fill in... read more
