I’m starting at the university of Kent in September and I’m currently doing a list of things I’ll need to take with my but I’m unsure what will be provided as standard in the flat such as a microwave kettle etc if anyone could help my out it would be much appreciated

The staff are incredibly friendly. I love the fact that if I’m feeling lonely or down I can come down and they’ll make me feel ten times better. Alex is really supportive and gives great advice. Ursula and Harleen are great to hang out with especially if you’re feeling down. Overall, I love living here.

Been here since September, I can't really complain much at all. Everything is running smoothly and I love the interaction with the staff, they always seem very helpful and will actually take their time to help you whenever you need or just have a good chat with you, especially Sam and Alex, always catch a great laugh with them, never a dull moment. I can't fault any of them in any way whatsoever. Keep up the good work lads!!!

Overall a good place but what makes it great is the night staff people, Alix, Jim and Sam are great people and they are there for the laughs or serious conversations when needed. They are an asset to the place and need promotions or a pay rise

It's a wonderful property with a good ambience. There is a study room and common room which is a nice feature. Staff is very friendly, helpful and lovely( Nick,Mark,Thomas,Keira,Harleen,Ursula, Karla and Jo). I am having a good stay at Pier Quays.

I came down here not knowing anyone however over the time I've made some amazing friends and the staff are amazing!! I could not fault them in any way at all, they are soo friendly and always there for you, always catch a joke with them!! Especially Harleen and Keira!! Really fun people here!! The Staff at Pier Quays have always been exceptionally helpful to me, especially in accomodating room transfers and helping with general questions, definitely helping to ease some of my worries around living in student accommodation and around noise concerns.

1. This is Pier Quays Medway. Since I moved there’s been construction works and drilling in the buildings. Really noisy, and difficult to study! 2. The Wi-Fi sometimes doesn’t work at night and the heaters stopped working at some point.

Very close to the university as well as an Asda, Lidl and a little Tesco right outside. The staff are always lovely and especially Sam who always has a smile and is keen to help.

Nice accomodation but we are fedup of fire alarms

Isn't it crap when the WiFi is the highest scoring star rating out of all of those options.... and even then it’s only a three.

No study or group zone for students. Shower room is badly designed and too small for most people. Shower head shoot water out of the bath area. No one cleans the room.
Hello! Thank you for your review. We do have some great communal areas on site, with a huge study space in Phase 2 and a games room in Phase 1. We can arrange access to either of these for any student staying with us. We have a great app 'MyUnite' whereby you can report any maintenance issue, a member of the team will come quickly and resolve the issue for you. We are also open 24/7 for all your needs.
