English Literature and History, BA Hons FullTime
I love my course, it's the perfect balance of two subjects that I really enjoy, and the course content is excellent; the core English modules focus on both novels and poetry, ranging from Charles Dickens and Charlotte Bronte to J.G Ballard and Philip K. Dick. There is a wide range of History modules to choose from, including Modern Wales, Early Modern England and Wales, and Asia and the West. Most lecturers and tutors are supportive and teach well (there's always the few dull ones, it's inevitable!), and the level of research put into the course is incredibly high, so you're always getting the latest insight into your studies. Overall this is a really good course! read more
