The course is good but there are some modules which I do not enjoy as much as others such as for example academic skills which includes presenting in front of the class which I am not looking forward to at all. As well as this these sessions are four hours long which makes it extremely difficult for me to concentrate for the whole time. read more

Worst 3 years of my life. High Wycombe is an horrible place. Students at the university are not friendly at all, always ready to judge you and constantly in competition with each other. Forget to study in the library as it is full of people eating and partying in it and the security doesn't care. Quality of the teaching very poor, most of the grades were always given late. read more

I did art foundation at bucks and it was the right decision for me however I wouldn't want to stay on any longer than this year. I didn't get involved with any clubs and societies or the union so this is why they are low in starts, even though apparently out student union is one of the best in the country. The facilities are actually really good for art, I just don't particularly feel at home, maybe because this is only a one year course so there isn't much community? The Tutors are very unorganised and trips all seem to be planned really badly. However there are a lot of trips, and if you have a group of friends they are really fun. I would still recommend this uni if you live close by and are just looking for a foundation. read more
